Bag purchase
I recently bought a bag online and was pretty disappointed when it arrived with a big black spot and cracked handles. The hosts on the show never mentioned these issues, and now I'm kind of stuck with a damaged bag. I wish they had been more upfront about the condition of their items instead of just trying to make a sale no matter what. It's definitely not cool to mislead customers in that way.

Case for a trip
I got this case for my upcoming trip and paid extra for faster delivery, which was $111 more. I was supposed to get it by June 7th, but the tracking info showed it hadn't even been sent out yet. They kept sending me email excuses full of corporate talk, but never really fixed anything. Then out of nowhere, the order got canceled just two days before my trip, and I'm still waiting on my refund.

Defective camera
I bought this camera, but it suddenly stopped working. I contacted them, and they just said "oh sorry, it's broken." So, I asked for a refund for the $99.99 I paid back in September, and it's only December now! They refused to give me a refund even though it's clearly their fault. I'm so frustrated, never buy from them without reading the reviews first, guys!
