After some hiccups with the shipping and some mix-ups in communication, I gotta give a shoutout to the customer service crew, especially Ray. They really came through, handling my worries like pros and getting stuff done quickly. We had a few chats, and they ended up offering me a bigger discount and then making sure everything with retrieving and sending the right item was on point. Once they got that purse back in stock, it was sent my way in a flash, and I was happy with how it looked and the accuracy compared to the description. Only downside was it didn't have a strap, so I had to send it back. Despite all that, I'm still down to shop with them again, especially if the prices stay reasonable.

I recently bought a bunch of skincare products from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed with how well they work. Every product I got was even better than I expected in terms of how they work. The facial oil really cleaned and refreshed my skin, and the face polish made my skin look bright and smooth. The honey mask was like a spa treatment for my skin and the eye treatment definitely helped with my fine lines. The face oil and glow products gave my skin a ton of hydration and made it look super radiant. I'm really happy with my purchase and I will definitely buy from them again.

Diffuser purchase with missing parts and poor customer service
I just bought a diffuser from this company, and was pretty bummed to find out that one of them was actually a return from another customer. It was missing parts and looked all greasy. So I reached out to their customer service to try and get it sorted, but I've been running into a bunch of issues and haven't gotten much of a response. My whole experience with this company has been super disappointing and just plain frustrating. I'd recommend folks to stay away from this company and find somewhere else to shop.

Smart wall lamp
I just bought this smart wall lamp, but man, it didn't work right. Supposed to connect to this cool app, but no dice. It would light up and all, but none of those fancy features I was hoping for. Thankfully, I reached out to customer service and they hooked me up with a new lamp. They even let me keep the busted one as a spare. So, even though it's not all that smart, it still works as a plain ol' lamp. Shoutout to Alessandro for being super nice and quick about fixing everything.

Unethical business practices
This platform has a lot of sneaky business practices that seem like they're trying to take advantage of sellers. All those little charges here and there, and the ads that we can't even negotiate over are just focused on making money instead of being fair. And why do we have to offer free shipping to specific countries without a good reason? It's not right. They need to be more upfront about their fees, it's worrisome. It's obvious that making money is more important to them than looking out for us sellers.
