My coworker first mentioned this site when I was looking for something to help my brother with his pain. Ordering is usually pretty easy, but this time the subscription switch got messy. I only found out by email, after paying, that the new item wasn’t available. That was frustrating, honestly, because I had to place another order for his usual product so he wouldn’t run out. Customer service did respond, but the website really should show stock status before checkout. I’m still waiting on the original item.
