I’d warn others to check origin and expect a hiccup, but if the worst happens support can fix it — hence mixed feelings that lean positive. In the end I’m pretty satisfied overall.
Used to work, now underwhelming

In daily use, the product is smooth and practical — I put a few drops in the evening routine, sometimes in the morning if a meeting has me anxious, and it blends into life without drama. The flavor isn't fancy but it isn't offensive; the bottle is handy and the dropper works without leaking. If you value the way it performs more than fast service, you might be okay with occasional hiccups like I was. My mood about the company warmed up only after they sorted things out, but the effort to get to that point took too long and felt avoidable. Bottom line: product quality and effect — good. Customer service and shipping — underwhelming and could be much better. I’m sticking with it for now because it fits into my routine, but I’d tell them to be more responsive and quicker to communicate so others don’t shrug and walk away.
