Outdoor kitchen components
My landscaper guy got everything for my outdoor kitchen from this website. The AOG grill, the double side burner, Blaze drawers, trash/recycle pullout, and access doors all came in great shape. I also got an AOG grill cover that came pretty fast. Whenever I had questions or needed help with caring for something, they always emailed me back the next day. Their customer service was awesome and they were really nice to deal with.

I gotta say, I had a great experience dealing with Bella over in Customer Care. She got in touch with me real quick, both on the phone and through email, to take care of my exchange request. Not only did she make the whole exchange thing easy, but she even hooked me up with a free label to send the stuff back. My replacement clothes were on their way to me just 2 days after they got the originals back. Bella really went above and beyond with her customer service, and I really appreciate it.

Mixed-products experience
I've bought stuff from this online store a few times and it's been hit or miss. The stuff I've received has been good quality and problem-free. But my last order was a pain. I placed it on July 13th and was supposed to get it by August 2nd. The delivery got delayed a bunch of times and now it's not coming until August 5th. It's gone from Florida to Arizona to Missouri, even though I live in Massachusetts. The products are solid, but the wait has been a bummer.

Movie rentals
I gotta tell ya, I gave this movie rental service a shot and man, it was a total disaster. I forked over cash for two movies and couldn't even watch a single one. Every time I tried, the movies would start playing for a hot second and then - boom - an error message would pop up. I did everything I could think of - switching up web browsers, dialing down malware protection, even rebooting all my gadgets - but no dice. And on top of that, their customer service? Don't even get me started. Eventually, I had to demand my money back, which they did give me, but the whole ordeal was a straight-up nightmare. You better believe I won't be messing with that service ever again.

Misleading sizing and long delivery time
I ordered a top back in April and didn't get it until July, but I get it, things are crazy right now. Problem is, the top I finally got was nothing like what they showed on their website. The sizing was all wrong - I ordered a medium, following their size chart, but what I ended up with was more like an XL or something even bigger. Plus, the quality of the top wasn't even close to what I was hoping for. Just really bummed out and feeling like I threw my money down the drain. Would definitely advise anyone thinking about ordering from them to really consider their options first.

Two pairs of shoes
I recently bought two pairs of shoes and man, what a mess it was. It took forever, like two whole weeks, for those shoes to finally show up. And when they did, they didn't even fit right so back they went. Getting my money back was a headache - it took 16 days just to get an email that said they got my return and then another 3 days for the money to actually hit my bank. I tried to contact customer service a bunch of times through email, but they were so slow to respond. It was really frustrating. And on top of all that, I've only gotten HALF of my money back so far. I'm still waiting on the other half. I've had enough, I won't be shopping with them again.

Washing machine delivery
