Neon-colored golf shoes
I recently got myself a pair of flashy neon golf shoes from this company, and I gotta say, my feelings about the whole thing are kind of all over the place. Buying them was a breeze, no problems at all, but man, the customer service was a bit lacking. I had some questions about the size and how durable the shoes are, but the person I talked to didn't really seem to care and just gave me vague answers. Still, I went ahead and bought them because I just couldn't resist the cool design. The price was fair for what you get, so that's a plus. And you know what? My order got to me super quick, way quicker than I expected. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase, but dang, I really wish the customer service was more on the ball, you know?

My landscaper guy got everything for my outdoor kitchen from this website. The AOG grill, the double side burner, Blaze drawers, trash/recycle pullout, and access doors all came in great shape. I also got an AOG grill cover that came pretty fast. Whenever I had questions or needed help with caring for something, they always emailed me back the next day. Their customer service was awesome and they were really nice to deal with.

After putting in a good chunk of money, I realized that a lot of the deals weren't what they seemed and the platform hardly ever kept us in the loop. Mixed-products experience
I've bought stuff from this online store a few times and it's been hit or miss. The stuff I've received has been good quality and problem-free. But my last order was a pain. I placed it on July 13th and was supposed to get it by August 2nd. The delivery got delayed a bunch of times and now it's not coming until August 5th. It's gone from Florida to Arizona to Missouri, even though I live in Massachusetts. The products are solid, but the wait has been a bummer.

Getting my money back was a headache - it took 16 days just to get an email that said they got my return and then another 3 days for the money to actually hit my bank. I tried to contact customer service a bunch of times through email, but they were so slow to respond. It was really frustrating. And on top of all that, I've only gotten HALF of my money back so far.
