Neon-colored golf shoes
I recently got myself a pair of flashy neon golf shoes from this company, and I gotta say, my feelings about the whole thing are kind of all over the place. Buying them was a breeze, no problems at all, but man, the customer service was a bit lacking. I had some questions about the size and how durable the shoes are, but the person I talked to didn't really seem to care and just gave me vague answers. Still, I went ahead and bought them because I just couldn't resist the cool design. The price was fair for what you get, so that's a plus. And you know what? My order got to me super quick, way quicker than I expected. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase, but dang, I really wish the customer service was more on the ball, you know?

Biion
Biion makes a fun and casual shoe in the trainer. I find myself wearing them out more and more and they look great. My only complaint is I wish they had half sizes... The 10's are just to small so I think I am a 10.5 but I need to get the 11's which are a tad to big.
Biion Trainers
I preordered 2 pair of the trainers. The website said 6-8 weeks and I received only one pair of them 13 weeks later. Then they tell me the other pair would come in in a couple of weeks after that. So realistically the order took 16 weeks to receive. The rep I dealt with lied to me every week about the order. They sent me a pair of free Oxford's for the inconvenience and they were so tight and uncomfortable. The trainers finally came in and they look cheap and are not good quality at all. Please do not order from this company. Worst experience ordering online shoes ever. Horrible!
Batman Shoes
I ordered these $110 Batman shoes on April 3rd as an Easter gift and was quoted a 6-8 weeks for delivery.
It is now JULY 22 and there has been no communication. There was no response to my email and no one answers the phone (and you cant leave a message).
Im disappointed because my husband would have loved them. I will be seeking to reverse the charges.
Do Not order from this company.Same experience. Worst communication and a horrible product. This company will go under soon.
Batman shoes
I purchased these shoes months ago and I have yet to receive. They keep saying they are coming but never do. No updates poor service.
Two pairs of shoes
Horrible, completely worthless customer service, and apparently incompetent employees that are liars. Shoes did not fit so sent email asking for an exchange. Never received a response to this request in two weeks so asked to return them. After 9 days they replied with a shipping label. Returned via FedEx with confirmed receipt from them and they still claim they were never received... WTF! The shoes would maybe be ok if they fit but this extremely poor customer service is inexcusable. My recommendation is to NEVER do business with this company!!!
ORDERED 7 SO FAR
I started out with the yellow mustards. WOw incredible comfort, although a bit tight with socks. So we forgo the socks and loved them. Then we ordered 2 pairs of black tux and red for my husband and me I. this size was larger for both and now we can wear socks. Still the comfort level and amazing all-day shoe! We have ordered more but the sizes 8 and 13 go too fast if not we would have them all. We are your MIAMI fans!
Returned shoes that were to large. Appears impossible to get my money back. Customer service does not exist.
