Large sword order
I just ordered this big sword from this company, thinking I would get a nice one. But when I opened the package, I got this small, broken sword instead. And they charged me for shipping when it was supposed to be free. I talked to customer service and they said they'd refund the shipping, but I still haven't seen that happen. Plus, I've been trying to call the company but no one ever picks up. It's been a real hassle and the whole thing seems unprofessional.
Sword purchase
I got this super cool sword and had a coupon for a discount, but it didn't go through. So I reached out to them and they fixed it up real quick. Turns out my wife accidentally bought the sword when she was trying to use the coupon, but they gave us a refund with no hassle. Their customer service was top-notch and their products are just amazing!
Custom-made sword
Don't bother checking out other places, the craftsmanship here is top-notch. The attention to detail and quality of materials used in my custom-made sword is truly unmatched. The blade is sharp and durable, the handle fits my grip perfectly, and the design is exactly what I had in mind. I am blown away by the work of the talented artisans at this place.
Skinning Knife made from Damascus Steel with a custom handle
The skinnin' knife I got from this company was just what I needed. The blade made from Damascus Steel was top-notch and the custom handle felt great in my hand. The sheath it came with was also well-made, makin' the whole package even better. I gotta say, I'm real happy with my new skinnin' knife.
