Online purchase experience
The online checkout process at this company really needs to step it up. They don't have a way for customers to choose a safer pickup option like going to a courier or FedEx location. Because of this, I had a package stolen even though FedEx said it was delivered. The packaging of the products is lacking too, as it doesn't do a good job of hiding what's inside. The products themselves are good, but since they're not available in physical stores, online shopping is the only way to go for most people. The customer service is terrible, both over the phone and in online chat. The agents can't really do much to help with delivery or shipping problems. It's obvious that this company needs to improve their online checkout, packaging, and customer service to keep customers happy and avoid future problems.
Late Delivery
I ordered a pair of shoes back in December 18th, 2023, and now in 2024, I still haven't gotten them. They were shipped through FedEx on some slow service, and every time I reach out to them, I keep hearing that Saucony went for the cheapest shipping option. FedEx is now saying I gotta wait 15 more days for it to arrive, which is just not okay. I've been tracking the package since December 20th, and the delivery keeps getting delayed. When I email Saucony, all I get back is some generic message with the tracking number like I haven't been checking it nonstop. This whole situation is so frustrating and disappointing.
ES3 New York
I was so excited about the ES3 New York shoes I got from this company - they were amazing! But then, the delivery driver left them unattended in my building's elevator, and someone snatched them. I was heartbroken and figured reaching out to customer service would help. Unfortunately, the customer service team was a huge letdown. They were unprofessional, lacked basic customer service skills, and it took forever for them to respond. To top it off, instead of giving me a replacement pair in a different color, they just gave me a refund. Unacceptable, especially since I got the shoes at a discount on Black Friday. It felt like they didn't care about me at all, and the whole experience left me feeling really disappointed.
Running shoes
Don't bother with those shoes, trust me. My experience with the brand has been awful, from how they treat YouTubers to the lousy quality and design of their sneakers. I've twisted my ankles wearing them multiple times and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone, no matter how much they run. Just steer clear!
Trainers purchase
These sneakers have an awesome color and design, but let me just say, they are not good for running at all. The fit around the middle of the foot is way too tight and the material is stiff, which makes the cushioning hard and gave me achy feet after a long walk. I think I'll be going with a different brand for my running shoes from now on.
Purchased Saucony Women's Triumph 20 BLACK/WHITE
I wanted to share that I bought a new pair of running shoes from your brand, and I have to admit that I am pretty bummed out about them. The shoes look great and feel supportive, but after wearing them on and off for just a few months, the material by the front of the left shoe already has a hole. It looks like the right shoe is headed in the same direction too. I spent around 170-180 Euros on these shoes, so it's disappointing to see them falling apart so quickly. Also, the smell that lingers in the shoes after wearing them is not pleasant at all, it's kind of like low-quality material scent. I had higher hopes for a brand like yours, but this purchase turned out to be a letdown.
Running shoes order
I tried buying some running shoes online, thinking I'd get them real quick since they were supposedly coming from a local warehouse. But turns out, they were shipped from a warehouse in another country, so that caused a delay. Even though I could see that the package made it to the country, there was no update on delivery for days. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times for help, but I didn't get anywhere. The people I talked to gave me wishy-washy answers and kept saying they'd follow up, but that never happened. They didn't reply to my emails, and calling their customer service line just got me an automated message saying no one was around to help.
Cool sneaks
Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience with ordering some cool sneakers online. I was a bit nervous at first because of some bad reviews, but I decided to go for it anyway. Turns out, my sneakers were shipped super fast and I got them the very next day. Unfortunately, they didn't fit me well so I had to return them. The crazy thing is, I got my refund the next day! Even though the shoes didn't work out, the customer service was really impressive.

Trainers from their website
I just bought some sneakers from their site and had a big problem with the delivery. Even though the tracking said my package was delivered, I never got it. I tried contacting both the courier and the company, but they couldn't help me at all. Their lack of responsibility and customer service really bummed me out. I recommend being careful if you're thinking about ordering from them.
Trail running shoes side mesh
I'm bummed that the mesh on the side of my trail running shoes got all torn up after just three months of wear. I reached out to customer service to see if I could get them fixed, but they told me they don't do repairs. They suggested I take them back to the store where I bought them. It's frustrating that I can't get them fixed up to last longer and keep them out of the trash.
Recent sneaker purchase
I just bought some sneakers and man, they are terrible. No support, super uncomfortable. I've been buying from this company forever, loving their classic style, but this buy was just bad. The sizing was wrong, no support at all, and the quality was just not the same as before. Tried to get some help, but got no response. So frustrating and disappointing to see them skimping on quality for the sake of cutting costs.
Premium themed model shoes
I just got these really cool pair of themed shoes and I'm totally obsessed with them. The quality and design are amazing, and they're super comfy. But I was kinda bummed when I saw how they were shipped to me. The packaging was flimsy and the box was all messed up with holes and smashed ends. I think they should start double boxing the shoes to make sure they get to me in perfect shape.
Guide 9 and Guide 10
The uppers on the Guide 9 and Guide 10 support trainers tend to wear out pretty fast, especially around the big toe and the outer (little toe) side. I've had Guide trainers before (5 and 7) that held up much better in the upper area and actually outlasted the soles. The new Guide ISO seems to have the same issue with lack of strength in those areas. It feels like the quality has gone down over time, which makes me wonder how long these shoes will hold up. Even though they're comfy and supportive, the durability just isn't up to par.
Limited shoe selection
This website is such a letdown. I can't believe it, you know? How can a company not have a better selection of shoes on their OWN site? It's like they don't even want your business. I was hoping to find my go-to style, but no luck. All I found was a few random styles in one size. What's the use of having a site if you don't offer much to choose from? It's annoying and really makes me wonder if they care about their customers.
Recent purchase of running shoes

Oversized sneakers purchase
I just bought a pair of sneakers from this company, and man was I bummed when they arrived in the wrong size. I usually wear a certain size, but these were way too big - like almost two sizes too big! So, I decided to contact customer service for some help. The guy I talked to, Jason S, wasn't very helpful at all. He seemed like he didn't really care about fixing the problem. He basically told me there was nothing they could do about it, which left me feeling ignored and unsatisfied. My overall experience with this company was super negative, and I definitely won't be shopping with them again.
Running shoes purchase
I bought some running shoes from this company not too long ago. The shoes are good, but I was kinda let down by the lack of updates on when they'd be delivered. They said I'd get an email with a UPS tracking number, but that never happened. I had to track my order using my order number, email, and postcode instead. It's a bit annoying, but at least I was able to keep tabs on my order. It's just weird that this company keeps missing out on such a simple part of the whole ordering process.
Two pairs of shoes
I recently bought two pairs of shoes and man, what a mess it was. It took forever, like two whole weeks, for those shoes to finally show up. And when they did, they didn't even fit right so back they went. Getting my money back was a headache - it took 16 days just to get an email that said they got my return and then another 3 days for the money to actually hit my bank. I tried to contact customer service a bunch of times through email, but they were so slow to respond. It was really frustrating. And on top of all that, I've only gotten HALF of my money back so far. I'm still waiting on the other half. I've had enough, I won't be shopping with them again.
