Shoes purchase for a weekend celebration
I bought shoes from this company for a weekend party I had coming up in a few weeks, but it was a total nightmare. I waited two weeks and didn't get any shipping info, so I contacted customer service. The moment I said I wanted to cancel, suddenly I got a shipping confirmation within an hour. But then it took two whole months for the shoes to actually get to me, which was a pain because I was out of town when they arrived. The customer service was terrible - they wouldn't reply to my messages. And when the shoes did show up, they were bad quality and didn't fit right. Trying to return them was a mess because of the strict return policy and short time frame. Just go somewhere else to shop, it's not worth the trouble.

These sneakers have an awesome color and design, but let me just say, they are not good for running at all. The fit around the middle of the foot is way too tight and the material is stiff, which makes the cushioning hard and gave me achy feet after a long walk. I think I'll be going with a different brand for my running shoes from now on.
