Diffuser purchase
I recently bought a diffuser from this company and honestly, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. I paid a lot for the product, but it turned out to be poorly made. After only a few months, the diffuser started making this annoying buzzing noise, even though I barely used it. I tried following the troubleshooting tips they gave me, but nothing worked. When I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement, they said the one I had was no longer being sold, and my only choice was to upgrade to a fancier model that came with a mandatory oil subscription. I was not happy about this at all, I didn't want to spend more money on a product that broke so quickly.

Guide 9 and Guide 10
The uppers on the Guide 9 and Guide 10 support trainers tend to wear out pretty fast, especially around the big toe and the outer (little toe) side. I've had Guide trainers before (5 and 7) that held up much better in the upper area and actually outlasted the soles. The new Guide ISO seems to have the same issue with lack of strength in those areas. It feels like the quality has gone down over time, which makes me wonder how long these shoes will hold up. Even though they're comfy and supportive, the durability just isn't up to par.

I just found this cool subscription box company that has all kinds of new and interesting stuff I wouldn't have even thought of getting myself. They put together each box super carefully, making sure there's something for everyone, guys and gals alike. It's awesome for couples wanting to test out some new gadgets and treats. The best thing about this company is that they appeal to all ages, from teens to parents to even grandparents. The only bummer is that I wish they'd share sneak peeks sooner so we could decide if we want more than one box.

My experience with this company was super frustrating. I bought some metal wall art with a Groupon, but when I went to pay, the Groupon didn't work and instead, it used a first-time welcome code automatically. It was so annoying because I wanted to use my Groupon. I contacted customer service to fix it, and they said they would give me a refund. Even though I got an email saying the refund was coming, it never showed up. This company really messed up and I felt like I got ripped off. I'm never using them again and I suggest you stay away too to avoid wasting your time and dealing with unnecessary frustration.
