Enfamil: Just Okay for Infant Formula
I've been using Enfamil products for my baby for the past few months and overall, I've been pretty satisfied with them. The formula mixes easily and my baby hasn't had any digestive issues or reactions to it. The packaging is convenient and I like that it's available for purchase online.
One thing that I wish was different about Enfamil is the price. It can be a bit pricey compared to other brands, but I'm willing to pay a little extra for the peace of mind that I'm giving my baby a quality product.
I've also appreciated the support and resources that Enfamil offers for new parents. Their website has a lot of helpful information and they have a phone line that you can call with any questions or concerns.

I had a great experience with the customer service at this company. I tried a formula for my baby that she didn't like, and when I called, they were really helpful. They not only gave me two new cans of a different formula to try for free, but they also included some coupons. It was a nice surprise that saved me some cash and took away some of the worry about whether my baby would like the new formula. I was super impressed with their customer service overall.
Formula purchase for baby
I've been using this formula for my baby and it's been amazing. It has all the nutrients my baby needs and they seem to really like it. I haven't had any problems with gas or breathing like some other people have mentioned. It's easy to mix and dissolves without making a bunch of air bubbles.
Bogus Orders, Sketchy...
So yeah, I ordered some formula and then I ended up getting some other formula that I never even asked for. And I was like, what the heck? And when I tried to fix it on their website, it was all blocked and frustrating. Like, seriously not cool. I had to go through Amazon just to get the right stuff. Enfamil, you totally lost my trust after that.
Enspire Gentlease
I ordered this formula but never got tracking info. I reached out to customer service through email and then by phone to cancel the order. They said it was out of stock but also shipped. What's up with that? It's really confusing and frustrating.
Request for coupons
I just reached out to customer service to see if I could get some coupons for my baby. But man, the person I talked to was seriously rude and not helpful at all. Even though I know they usually send coupons by email, they straight up told me they couldn't send me any. The whole experience was a letdown - I definitely didn't deserve that kind of treatment.
