    Booking Assistance with Mr. Rocco

    I just wanted to give a shoutout to Mr. Rocco for helping me out with my booking. He was so professional and quick to respond, it really blew me away. If it wasn't for him stepping in right away, I would have been stuck dealing with the same issue of not getting any confirmation emails from the company. Thanks to Mr. Rocco's knowledge and hard work, my booking process was a breeze. I can't thank him enough for all his help and I have to give him props for being an amazing customer service rep.

    Troublesome return process

    In my recent experience with your online store, I had some trouble returning an item I ordered in two sizes. The delivery note wasn't in the package, so it was hard to return. I sent emails for help, but got automated responses that didn't really answer my questions. The live chat that was supposed to be available didn't work when I tried. Luckily, customer service did eventually help me out, but I think the initial communication could have been better. I might just shop in-store next time.

    When I bought my steel toe construction sneakers from this company, I was hoping for some top-notch quality shoes that would last me a long time. But when I got them, they didn't meet my expectations at all. They started falling apart after only a few weeks, with the stitching coming loose. I tried reaching out to customer service to get a replacement, but it was a hassle. They made me pay for return shipping, even though the shoes were obviously not up to snuff. All in all, I was really let down by the whole situation.

    Trail running shoes side mesh

    I'm bummed that the mesh on the side of my trail running shoes got all torn up after just three months of wear. I reached out to customer service to see if I could get them fixed, but they told me they don't do repairs. They suggested I take them back to the store where I bought them. It's frustrating that I can't get them fixed up to last longer and keep them out of the trash.

    I canceled my flight with this airline back in December and it feels like it's been forever and still no refund! They're just holding onto my money and ignoring my emails. I really need that money back, like right away.

    I recently finished up a prep course to boost my test score, and I got to admit, I saw a big improvement in how I did. The instructor knew their stuff and kept things interesting, making sure we understood all the material for the test. The homework and practice tests really pushed me to get better at what I needed to know. The online platform was easy to use, but I did run into some problems with the video quality. All in all, I'm really happy with the course and would tell others to give it a shot if they want to up their scores.

    Divorce preparation tool

    I used the divorce preparation tool on this website to file my divorce, and, honestly, it was pretty easy to follow. But, man, hit a big snag 'cause they gave the wrong address. Money order got sent back, and now my divorce is taking way longer than I thought. Being a single parent handling money struggles, this wait has been tough on me and my kids as we try to get this divorce finalized. I'm grateful for the help I got from the service, but that mistake really messed things up for me.

    Updated software compatibility issue

    I'm really upset about the software update I bought recently. It doesn't work with my operating system and trying to get help has been a disaster. I got zero response after reaching out for support. And on top of that, they have the nerve to charge for asking a question without giving any help! It's just not right. The way this company is treating their customers is super disappointing. They don't even try to give basic customer service. I'm going to start looking for other options so I don't have to deal with this kind of incompetence again.

    I really wish I had checked out some reviews beforehand! Trying to return items is such a hassle, and all you end up receiving is an automated response with a bogus ticket. Save yourself the trouble and skip dealing with them.
