Tickets to Ireland
I just bought some tickets to Ireland using this service, and I had a really good experience with it. I made a mistake and accidentally booked the tickets twice. So, I called customer service to fix things up. The guy I talked to, Michael Thomas, not only fixed the duplicate booking, but he also found a better flight with shorter layovers for the same price. I thought that was really cool of him to take the initiative and help me out without me having to beg. It's really nice to know that there are people who care about making sure travelers like me have a smooth and easy time between flights.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Mr. Rocco for helping me out with my booking. He was so professional and quick to respond, it really blew me away. If it wasn't for him stepping in right away, I would have been stuck dealing with the same issue of not getting any confirmation emails from the company. My experience buying the ticket was pretty easy! But, I did run into a little problem. False advertising, bait-and-switch tactics
I just booked a flight with this company and to be honest, I was pretty let down by the service. I was first pulled in by the super cheap prices I saw on their site. But once I made the reservation and paid up, they sent me an email asking for a "verbal confirmation" over the phone. When I called, they told me the website had changed and my business class ticket was now just economy. It felt like they lured me in with one thing and then switched it up on me, which was really frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't suggest going with this company.
