After checking out a really good YouTube review, I thought "Hey, why not?" and placed an order for my first pair of shoes from this website. It took about two weeks for them to show up, but let me tell you, they were definitely worth the wait! These shoes are so cool and totally the real deal. You can bet I'll be coming back as a customer for sure.

I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with the quality of the yearbook I got from this company. The printing was nice and clear, the pages were well put together, and overall it looked super professional. However, there were a couple of photos that were repeated in the book, which kinda bugged me, but it wasn't a huge deal. The real bummer for me was when I realized I accidentally ordered two copies of the exact same book. Since this company's prices are on the higher side, it was pretty disappointing to think that I could have had a different yearbook instead of a duplicate. It definitely took away from an otherwise good experience.

I switched up my plan with this company not too long ago, and let me tell ya, the customer service was top-notch! The rep I talked to was super friendly and really went out of their way to help me out. They even hooked me up with a credit for the price drop that had just happened. The prices are good and the coverage in my neck of the woods is solid. Only downside is that the mobile service can be a little spotty in some spots. But all in all, I'm pretty satisfied with the service and thankful that my hubby stumbled upon this company.

Reservation at a hotel in Newcastle
I couldn't make it to my hotel reservation in Newcastle in January because I had a medical emergency that put me in the hospital. The Revenue Manager, Dan Walker, wouldn't waive the fee for my reservation, and instead told me I had to come back and stay in order to not be charged. I thought that was unfair and not okay. Plus, when my train got cancelled on the day I was supposed to stay, they still charged me without giving me any heads up or a receipt. It was a letdown, and I recommend steering clear of this hotel.

Flight booking experience
My recent experience booking a flight on a certain airline was really disappointing. I've been a seasoned traveler for over four decades, but this time I encountered one of the worst booking processes ever. I booked tickets for myself and my family to go on a specific route, only to get to the airport and be told we couldn't travel that way. So, we were left stranded, having to find somewhere else to stay and spending a lot of money on new tickets. The airline didn't give us clear information or communicate well, which was super frustrating and unprofessional. Even though we followed all their rules on the website, we ended up in a tough spot because of a surprise change they didn't tell us about. The whole thing was not just annoying, but really disappointing and unreliable. The customer service response was just as bad, with generic responses and no real help to solve our problem. All in all, my experience with this airline was sketchy and made me doubt their reliability and competence.

Running shoes
I bought some new running shoes online recently and man, the shipping was a mess! I got an email from the shipping company saying my shoes would be there on a certain day, but they never showed up. I reached out to customer service to ask what was going on, and they told me my order was stuck in customs. Black heels with gold detailing
I was so close to throwing in the towel on online shopping after dealing with this one company. Let me tell you, from the second I hit that order button, my inbox was flooded with messages saying my order wasn't complete - even though all I bought was a pair of black heels with gold accents. And let me tell you, those emails were as impersonal as it gets, not even bothering to use my name and just calling me "customer." It made me feel like I was just a faceless number to them.
But it gets worse. They gave me a delivery date, then turned around and said I wasn't home when they tried to drop it off - even though I totally was. The whole runaround over the delivery was driving me up the wall, until they finally decided to take my package to the nearest DPD spot. And then, get this, the very next day, my package showed up at my door like magic after a bunch of emails about it being sent out.

I recently bought a 120ml bottle from Sobelia, but ended up getting a 100ml bottle instead. It was a mistake on their part, but I was really impressed with how they handled it. I bought this really nice waterproof windbreaker at a store about four years ago. But lately, the waterproof lining inside has started falling apart. So now, it's not keeping me dry when it rains, which really stinks. I paid over £200 for it, so I was expecting it to last longer. The lining near the hood is all wrinkled and flaking off, so now the jacket isn't doing what it's supposed to do.

The kale leave-in conditioner helped a bit with my fine, damaged hair, but the carb treatment made it even drier. And as for the mystical shine spray, didn't really see much of a change in the shine of my dark hair.
