Free & Clear shampoo (8 bottles)
I recently ordered 8 bottles of Free & Clear shampoo on the myOTCstore website. The ordering process was easy, and I got a confirmation email right after. But, I still haven't heard anything about when my order will be shipped. I've sent a few emails asking about it, but I haven't gotten a response. And when I tried calling, it was hard to get through because their mailbox was full. It's been disappointing not hearing back from them. I hope they can fix this soon. Maybe they don't have enough staff or are having issues, but as a customer, I expect better communication and service.
Order placed for back-in-stock item

Shea butter facial wipes
Just wanted to share my recent experience with an online purchase I made. I ordered some raw shea butter hydrating facial wipes, but got sent African black soap clarifying facial wipes instead. I was really looking forward to the hydrating ones, so I was pretty bummed out. Hopefully, this mix-up can get sorted out soon so that my future orders are accurate and I'm a happy customer!

I bought a bunch of stuff from this store, but ran into a problem with how they shipped my order. I paid $7.87 for shipping, but only one thing actually got sent to me. They said the other three items were out of stock, but they still took the full shipping cost without giving me a heads-up. I think they should have let me know about the item status before they shipped everything out. Now I'm annoyed and not sure if I want to shop here again.

Incomplete order, late delivery
I just bought some stuff from this website, but I'm kind of bummed because I only got four out of the seven things I ordered. They didn't even let me know about the missing items, so now I gotta contact customer service to try and fix it. It wasn't the easy shopping experience I was expecting. And on top of that, it took a crazy long 18 days for my order to show up.

I ordered a hairbrush and toothpaste from this store, but they messed up my order and sent me a pack of socks and a bag of chips instead! So when I asked for a refund, they claimed the vendor changed the products. It was such a mess!
