Referral program issue
I wanted to share that I'm pretty bummed about my recent experience with the referral program at Yamibuy. I referred a friend who bought a lot of stuff, but I didn't get the $20 referral coupon they promised. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have spent a ton of money on their site. Yamibuy is saying they won't give me the reward because my friend and I share the same address and phone number, even though they didn't mention those restrictions in their program rules. It's just really frustrating to see them not being upfront and fair in how they do business.

Bag purchase
I just bought a bag from this store and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed with how great it looks and feels. The bag is super unique and you can tell it's made with top-notch materials, so I think it was definitely worth the money. Plus, my order got here really quickly, which was a nice surprise. The customer service was top-notch too - the folks I talked to really knew their stuff and helped me out with everything. Portable dryer purchase
I gotta say, I bought a portable dryer from this company and man, what a letdown. When it showed up, it was making all kinds of loud mechanical noises, and I had to hit up the company for some troubleshooting help. They sent over a video of someone basically taking the whole thing apart, which I definitely wasn't up for. Eventually, the noise stopped on its own, only to come back a year and a half later, right after my warranty expired. When I reached out for help this time, they flat-out refused, even though they never gave me a replacement for the first issue. Not only that, they never even sent me the replacement filters they promised and then had the nerve to use my email to ask for reviews, totally going against Amazon's rules. All in all, it was a nightmare experience and a total waste of money.
