Not worth it — the drum and cartridge I ordered for my Brother sprayed ink and left streaks. They said they'd refund, but only if I ship it back and pay $25 return — which kills the refund. I’ve had better luck elsewhere, so I’d be cautious. It works okay otherwise, but that return policy felt shady.
Oddly relieved
someone acted fast. It’s not great they expect a $25 return fee, so yeah, not perfect. Tip: ask about return postage before you buy and save yourself a headache.
Watch the cartridge match
I typed my printer model into their site and it only listed one compatible cartridge, so I ordered it. When the package arrived it was the wrong cartridge — frustrating, and I was skeptical they'd admit a site error. Support actually sent the right one quickly after I complained. Not flawless online, but that quick fix left me satisfied.

Quick dud, then fixed
Not buying from them again — the cartridges I got printed maybe six pages of a letter before the ink dried up and they were useless. I ended up ordering genuine HP ones and the printer's fine now. I've had mixed luck with third-party sellers before, some ok, some not. If you want the bad cartridges back, send a return label and I'll drop them in the mail.
Worked despite the mix-up
I ripped it open while making coffee and saw a different cartridge than the site suggested. I was annoyed, called support and got a shrug. I installed it that afternoon and, weirdly, it printed cleanly with no errors. Customer service wasn’t great, but the moment the pages looked right I felt satisfied enough to keep it.
Ran out after six pages
the cheap XL cartridges died after about six pages. I was printing invoices and a couple school handouts — mid-job they just stopped and then streaks. Swapped them for the genuine HP ones and printing is back to normal, so problem was obvious. I won't risk another set from the same seller. If you want the dud cartridges back, fine, I can send them.
Slow decline in reliability
I bought these cartridges for years. At first they worked fine. Prints looked decent, colors okay and pages fed smoothly. Lately more failures. Cartridges stop mid-job or leak a little. Feels like gambling now. Support is slow and indirect. You jump through forms and get canned replies. I lost a few hundred dollars replacing bad ones. Oddly, one batch lasted much longer than expected. I wish they had real phone support.
Cheap ink, pricey surprise
I bought remanufactured ink because my small home business needed invoices fast and I didn’t want to splurge. Two cartridges kept popping out and jamming the carriage — super frustrating. They refunded one but charged postage and a big restocking fee I didn’t expect. Felt like surprise fine print. Useful price, lousy return experience; won’t try these again.
Mid-job mess
Right in the middle of sending client invoices I opened the new remanufactured cartridges and they kept popping out, jamming the carriage. Needed prints fast for a deadline. Delivery was okay but customer service was rough — partial refund, big restocking and return shipping charges hidden in the fine print. Left me out time and money, pretty annoyed.
Done with them
I wouldn't buy from them again. I used their cartridges for years and at first I was actually impressed, installs were easy and prints looked fine. Over the past year several cartridges arrived or turned out defective. Support makes you jump through hoops, no easy way to talk to a person, and I lost a few hundred bucks. Started years ago; first impression was good, now it's just frustrating.
Mid-job lifesaver
I was halfway through a horrid stack of school flyers when the box showed up—perfect timing. The cartridges clicked into my Epson like they’d been made for it; no fighting, no weird smudges, prints came out bright and even. The company even called to check there wasn't a mistake on the order — nice human touch, made me laugh. Only thing I'd change is price; wish it were a tad cheaper. All in all, solid, reliable, and keeps my printer happy.
Good value, sketchy support
Overall I'd say it's a decent budget find, but don't expect perfect support. I bought a five-pack for my HP OfficeJet Pro 8620 because it was cheaper than singles — I actually only needed magenta. The magenta works reliably; the other colors the printer sometimes doesn't recognize. I tried swapping cartridges and emailed support twice with no reply. For everyday home printing (school stuff, recipes, labels) it's fine, just a bit fiddly and customer service is lacking.
First sheet told me everything
product felt cheap and poorly QC'd, customer follow‑up was slow, but switching vendors fixed it — buy somewhere else unless you want the hassle.
Magenta headache, refund saved it
Weirdly, it was the magenta that caused the trouble. I ordered five replacement cartridges for my HP OfficeJet Pro 8620 even though I only needed magenta — figured a pack was cheaper. Two of the others weren't recognized at first, and emails went unanswered for a week. After a follow-up they finally replied and offered a refund for the bad ones, so I'm relieved. Needed them fast for invoices during a move, so grateful it worked.
Surprisingly reliable, with a hiccup
Started using these guys a couple years ago when I needed Epson ink and wanted to save a bit. First order felt real—someone called to double-check I wasn’t mixing cartridges for two printers, which was odd but reassuring. Installation was easy, cartridges snapped in and prints came out sharp; ink dries fast, no streaks. One delivery was slower and the box was a little loose, but service handled it. I’d tell friends — overall solid.
Not what I expected, heads up
good if you want to roll the dice, but don’t be surprised if you have to chase them for the rest. Wish it had gone smoother, but at least I learned where not to shop.
Backup gone wrong
I ordered a single cartridge from LD Products to test and that one worked perfectly, which was a relief. I’ve had decent experiences with other sellers before, so this felt like an outlier. If you hate hassle and excuses, maybe skip this one.
Not worth the gamble
By the time the third printer error popped up I had pretty much convinced myself this was a bad idea. I’d hesitated before ordering five spare cartridges — didn’t fully trust off-brand stuff — but figured keep some extras on hand. Months later the black started misbehaving, I swapped in one of theirs and the printer just showed “no communication.” Tried the second spare, same story. Contacted support, they promised to look into it and then radio silence for two weeks. When I followed up they blamed a mysterious firmware update and said no refund or warranty. That was the moment my initial doubts were confirmed, not eased. Oddly enough, a replacement from LD Products worked immediately, so whatever ghost firmware issue they claimed didn’t affect that cartridge. If you’re on the fence, I’d skip this seller or at least buy a single cartridge first. Wish they’d actually stand behind their stuff.
Half-full hope, half-empty results
don’t buy a big pack right away — buy one, test it, and then decide. I wish they’d be honest about fill levels and actually respond when people complain. A few surprising positives, but mostly it taught me to be careful next time.
