Defective printer ink purchase
I recently bought some printer ink from this company and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The black ink came out super faded on the first page I tried to print, making it totally useless. And to top it off, the blue ink was all messed up and misaligned during printing. I didn't even bother trying out the magenta or yellow inks. I decided to return the product for a refund, but unfortunately, they only gave me back part of the money. I'm still waiting on an explanation for why that happened. It seems like others have gone through similar situations, so I might have to take it up with my credit card company to make sure I get a full refund.
Cartridge purchase
I have been buying cartridges from this company for a long time and never had any problems until now. Lately, I've gotten a bunch of defective cartridges and trying to get help from the company has been a nightmare. The customer service folks are not making it easy to fix the problem, and I've lost a lot of money because of these faulty products. I'm really upset about the lack of support and quality control from this company, so I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Printer ink purchase issue
The printer ink I bought was a total dud. The magenta cartridge was busted and started leaking all over the place, making a huge mess. I contacted the company right away to ask for my money back or a new ink cartridge. It's really putting a damper on my work because I can't print anything until all 4 cartridges are working right.
Just bought a new black ink cartridge
The new black ink cartridge I got ended up being a total lemon! It's only printing half lines, and when I tried to reach out to customer service, they had me leave an email with my complaints. But here's the kicker - the email won't even go through! It's a complete scam, especially considering how much I shelled out for this HP cartridge. I'm never buying from this website again, that's for sure.
Ink cartridges for printer
I just bought some ink cartridges for my printer from this company, but sadly, they were all messed up. They wouldn't stay in place and kept causing the printer to jam up, so I couldn't even use them. I had to send them back, which was a big hassle and cost me a bunch of money. Not only did I have to pay for shipping to send them back, but there were extra fees that I didn't know about when I bought them. It was a real letdown - the product quality was lousy, and the customer service wasn't much better.
Toner cartridges for HP printer
I bought some toner cartridges for my HP printer from this company, but they turned out to be defective. They ended up leaking toner all over my printer, messing up the prints, and even causing pages to fold and crimp. I tried to work things out with 1ink, but after several failed attempts, I had to take it up with my bank to get my money back. If you care about quality and good customer service, I suggest finding another place to get your toner.
Defective 63XL ink cartridges
I recently bought 3 63XL ink cartridges from this company, thinking I could save some cash on printer stuff. But man, was I bummed out when those cartridges turned out to be total duds. Only got about 6 pages out of them before they completely dried up and became useless. So, I had to bite the bullet and spend more on the proper HP cartridges, which have been working like a dream. Definitely not happy with what I got from these guys and probably won't be shopping with them again. If they want their junky cartridges back, they can send me a return form and try to pawn them off on someone else.
Toner cartridge delivery issue
I had a problem with getting my toner cartridge delivered recently. I picked a delivery date, but the package said it was delivered to the post office, not to me. When I called customer service for help, they weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care about my issue. I'm really let down and annoyed by this whole situation, especially since it was my first time buying from them. Now, I'm not sure if I should trust them for any of my future purchases.

My experience with this company was terrible. I bought ink cartridges from them and was so surprised to find out there were extra fees hidden in their return policy. The customer service reps never said anything about restocking or shipping fees, so I ended up paying way more than I expected. I feel totally ripped off and definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.
Drum and cartridge purchase for printer
I just bought a drum and cartridge for my printer, thinking it would make my prints look better. But, turns out, these things left marks on the paper and ink was splattering everywhere. I reached out to customer service to return them and found out I had to pay $25 for shipping. I was really let down and felt like I was getting scammed, especially since the company brags about a 100% satisfaction promise.

I went ahead and got some ink cartridges for my printer, but man, they ended up being no good. I tried getting some tech support to help out, but no luck. Now, I gotta shell out some cash to ship them back and wait for a refund. I probably should've just gone ahead and splurged on the legit ones online.
Worked for me
I got some ink cartridges and they were awesome! The colors were really vivid and my printer was working perfectly. No problems at all with them.
Ink purchase for Epson printers
I just bought some ink cartridges for my two Epson printers from this online store, and boy was I impressed! The ordering was easy, and they even called me right after to double-check everything. Their customer service really knocked my socks off, I gotta say. I've been a customer with them for a while now, and I've never had any problems at all. I'd definitely tell my loved ones about this awesome company.
2 HP black toner cartriges
Purchased 2 HP 12A replacement cartriges from 1inc.com. Both were defectivie upon opening them (they both left black dots down the middle of the page even after multiple copies. I replaced them with a replacement cartiige from another vendor and it works fine. 2 cartirges shipped, both defective! I called and they offered to ship replacements, like I now trust this company or their products. To get a refund I have to ship back at my expense and my original shipping costs are not refundable. Bad products, bad refund policy. I would never recommend doing business with this company, ever.
I have an HP and dealt with quill.com and looking for another legit company only to find out ink.com is no better. Products are coming from third world countries and they are making 300% or more profit. Thanks for the review and will not order from ink
black cartridge for Canon LBP 622 C
I have used your cartridges regularly for a while and had no problem with them. This time the color cartridges are fine ( I put them in several weeks ago)but the black I put in just last week, and have printed very little, and it already looks like it's starting to fail. It's the same part of the print every time and is not getting worse or better as I do more. I cannot tell if the cartridge is running out of "ink" because my computer indicator will not recognize any except Canon (just for the black, it will for the colors). Please advise.

Installed cartridge and first color copy came out a deferent color and color was smudged. I will not buy this product every again. poor quality.

I ordered a cartridge on June 3 with delivery date of June 11. Ups delivered the package to the USPS on June 11 and as of today it’s still sitting there. I called customer service and was told by a very nasty rep that it’s because the post office is too busy to deliver it. Question: 1. Why wasn’t it delivered by ups directly to me? 2. I need my toner? Only response was it’s the post office fault. Why can’t they help or offer a solution.

Sir: I have purchased your ink ( package of four ) HRO564XL BK(CN-684WN) for my HP Photosmart 7520 printer. as I did several times before. but this time None of your ink cartridge worked. My printer remarks as follow: “ one or more cartridges appear to be missing or damaged “. I tried all four cartridges, and none worked.
I am asking you to send replacement. Please take my word for this. thank you.
