    Battery purchase for drone

    I bought a battery for my drone back in early April and paid for it right away with Paypal. But here we are in the middle of May, and still no sign of the battery. The last news I got was that it might show up in two weeks. This whole thing has been a nightmare - all I wanted was to get a spare battery for my drone.

    Family stay for softball tournament

    We were in town for a softball tournament and stayed at the hotel with our family. When we got there, they told us the lobby was closed, but we could use a meeting room and the pool. Since we had a big group, we were hoping there would be a spot for us to all hang out if we needed. However, when we tried to have a quick team meeting on the first night, they kicked us out of the meeting room and gave us a hard time in other parts of the hotel. The lack of help and customer service was really frustrating, especially from a nice hotel like this. We've stayed at other hotels that were being renovated and never got treated so poorly.

    Toner cartridge delivery issue

    I had a problem with getting my toner cartridge delivered recently. I picked a delivery date, but the package said it was delivered to the post office, not to me. When I called customer service for help, they weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care about my issue. I'm really let down and annoyed by this whole situation, especially since it was my first time buying from them. Now, I'm not sure if I should trust them for any of my future purchases.

    Structured course

    I really enjoyed the organized course I took. The classes were structured well and gave me a lot of flexibility, which was great. But, I wish there was a way to make sure students actually do their homework and review the material, because I have a hard time doing it on my own. All in all, I thought the course was super helpful and fun.

    Gloves and PPE purchase restricted to first responders

    I was really let down when I found out that gloves and other protective gear could only be bought by first responders on the website. I work as a cleaner, and I think it was pretty unfair of the company to do that. It's like they're saying that healthcare workers matter more than us, and that's just not right. Because of this rule, I decided to cancel my account right away. I won't be supporting them anymore, even after this pandemic is over.

    Therapy appointment

    I had an appointment with a therapist at this place not long ago, talking about my struggles with depression and trauma related to my adult kids. But then, out of the blue during our last chat, they dropped a bomb on me - said their "team" decided my depression was too severe for them to keep helping me. Man, that hit me hard. And to make things worse, they told me this on a Friday night! The therapist mentioned a few other places I could try, but honestly, I was feeling so fragile, I needed support now, not days later. It's pretty messed up that they would make such a heartless call that could seriously mess up people already in a tough spot.

    Trying to fix my class times

    I've been trying to rearrange my class schedule for days, and when I finally heard back via email, it was a total letdown! There's no one real to chat with online, just dull robots. All I wanted was to make sure my friend could locate me at class, but they keep giving me the runaround. It feels like I'm talking to machines that only care about following the rules, not actually lending a helping hand.
