Oversized jacket purchase
I just had to share about this awesome experience I had shopping on Verishop. So, I ordered this super cute oversized jacket online, but it didn't fit right when I tried it on. Bummer, right? Well, I contacted their customer service through their online chat, and let me tell you, they were so helpful! They let me exchange the jacket for store credit without any trouble at all. I sent the jacket back, got the store credit code quickly, and placed a new order. The new jacket arrived in a flash, and it was packaged so nicely. From start to finish, everything went super smoothly. They kept me updated on my order status and shipped notifications, making the whole process stress-free. I have to say, Verishop really knocked it out of the park with their service and product quality. They're definitely at the top of my list for online shopping now!
Product selection and quick shipping
I'm a regular customer at this online store because they have a ton of great products and their shipping is super quick. But what really won me over was their awesome customer service during the holidays. I bought some gifts for my husband and when they arrived, the packaging was all messed up. I contacted their customer service team, showed them some pics of the damaged stuff, and they sent me replacements right away with no issues. They even let me keep the damaged items as backups! I was seriously blown away by how fast and generous they were.
Designer dress purchase
I recently bought this amazing designer dress from an online store and let me tell you, I was really impressed. I found the same dress I had my eye on at a fancy store, but for a much better price. I scored this really nice dress for my mom from this awesome online store. It got here crazy fast, and the packaging was top-notch. I got this amazing mother of the bride dress, but it didn't fit right. Luckily, their return policy was super easy. I didn't have to pay for return shipping, which was awesome! I got my refund quickly and ordered a different size. And you know what? It came even faster than my pizza delivery! This dress is such good quality and I know I'll look amazing at the wedding. Shoutout to the great customer service for being so fantastic! Definitely recommend it!
Good deals, quick shipping, easy returns, excellent customer service
Verishop is where I always go to shop online because they have awesome deals and their shipping is super fast. I also love how easy it is to return something if I need to. One time I had a problem with an order, but their customer service team really stepped up and fixed things right away. I do wish they had a few more brands I like, but I can't complain. My shopping on Verishop has been great overall.
Variety of items

I really love shopping at this site that has all sorts of cool stuff, like silky maxi skirts, my new favorite sunscreen, and even a handmade leather belt for my husband. It's like my favorite place to find unique brands that help me look different from everyone else! I shop here all the time because I always find something stylish and unique that fits my style. Great customer service
The customer service at this store is incredible! Shalini L. went above and beyond to help me out and make sure all my questions were answered. She even took the extra step of reaching out to the manufacturer to get more details about a sofa I had my eye on. I was really impressed by how fast they responded and how friendly and professional they were. Honestly, I give them 5 stars!
Paige jeans at a discounted price
I was a little unsure about the company at first because of the mixed reviews, but I decided to go for it and buy a pair of Paige jeans for cheaper than other stores. When the jeans showed up, they were exactly what I expected, nicely packaged, and they got here pretty quickly.
Sandals
I purchased a pair of $200 sandals for a vacation - they lost the original order and then the second shipment took almost 4-weeks. The shoes arrived the day after I left for my 3-week long vacation.
Was really frustrated that I didn't have them for my trip but decided to give the shoes a shot when I returned and wore them ONCE. The strap immediately snapped. Reached out to their customer service team to see if I could exchange or return and my order was out of the return policy time frame by a few days.
I only had the shoes on hand for a week because of their mess ups. The customer service team was awful - the opposite of helpful and extremely dismissive.
I will literally never buy anything from them again - looking forward to when their site shuts down.oribe
