The ordering process was a total nightmare. I reached out for help with my order, but they gave me the wrong info not just once, but twice! And to top it off, when my product did finally show up, it was the wrong one. Now I've gotta fork over cash to send it back, and they didn't even provide a return label. This whole situation is ridiculous, especially 'cause I'm older and don't have any stores close by to return the item. Customer service and supervisors were zero help. You better believe next time I'll just order straight from the manufacturer to avoid all this mess.

I've been using this air purifier for a few weeks now and I gotta say, I can definitely tell a difference in the air inside my house. Before I got this thing, the air felt kinda stale and dry, making me feel pretty uncomfortable. I just bought something online from this company, and let me tell you, their return policy really bummed me out. The lab-made diamond on my vintage engagement ring was so beautiful! I was amazed at how stunning it looked in real life. The only downside was that I had to ask for a digital copy of the International Gemological Institutes Diamond report separately. I think a document as important as that should have been included with the ring automatically. Despite that, the beauty of the diamond more than made up for this little hassle. All in all, I absolutely love my new ring and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Lemon meringue pie
I was so looking forward to getting that lemon meringue pie for my dad in the nursing home as a special treat for Thanksgiving.
