Fragrance and Home Decor
I'm really upset about the stuff I got in my order. I thought I would be getting some nice things, but all I got was a cheap perfume, some rocks for plants, and a mini set of dominos. I feel like I got tricked and this is just not right. I'm going to report this to the consumer protection agency and try to get my money back.

Cartridge purchase
I have been buying cartridges from this company for a long time and never had any problems until now. Lately, I've gotten a bunch of defective cartridges and trying to get help from the company has been a nightmare. The customer service folks are not making it easy to fix the problem, and I've lost a lot of money because of these faulty products. I'm really upset about the lack of support and quality control from this company, so I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

At first, I wasn't sure about shelling out cash for Lego instructions, ya know? But gotta admit, the tutorials I got from this service were really great quality and detailed. The instructions were super easy to understand, and the end result of the build was just outstanding. My friends were really impressed with my Lego skills after that. So, yeah, I'd say it was definitely worth the money!

Non-lifting, bad feeling on skin
I bought this product that claimed it would make my skin look and feel better by giving it a lift. But let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The product didn't do what it said it would and it felt terrible on my skin. And get this - when I tried to return it without even opening the second one, customer service said no. I feel like I got ripped off big time with this product. Just a total waste of money.

Late delivery of order
I've been having some issues with my orders not arriving on time from this service. Even though I place my orders ahead of time, they have been consistently delayed. The latest problem was when my food didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to and got rescheduled for a whole week later. It's been really frustrating dealing with all these delays and lack of preparation from the company. I've had to come up with other plans to make sure my pet gets their food on time.

Engraved ring
I got this really cute engraved ring for my boyfriend for Christmas and it was gorgeous! He's a mechanic and accidentally broke it in half when his fingers got smashed. I reached out to support to see if they could help and they sent us a replacement in less than two weeks! It was just like the first one and they didn't charge us a thing. Their lifetime warranty totally saved the day and the support team was super nice and helpful. I usually don't leave reviews but this totally impressed me.

I had such an easy time ordering my glasses online. All I had to do was grab my eyeglass prescription, choose the frames I liked, and decide on extras like tinted lenses. And before I knew it, they were delivered right to my door. It did take a bit of time, about 3 weeks or so, but it wasn't too terrible. Especially considering how pricey glasses can be in stores. I'm super satisfied with my order and will definitely shop there again.
