    Credit score purchase issue

    I recently tried to get my credit score, but ran into some big issues. I put in my credit card details, but then got an error message saying it was wrong, even though I'm sure it was right because I got charged twice. So I couldn't see my credit score, and had to go through a annoying and long process to fix it. The customer service person I talked to didn't really care and didn't help much, saying their systems were down and telling me to call back after being transferred around. The way this company doesn't work together and talk was really frustrating.

    Virtual doctor consultation

    I tried out that virtual doctor consultation thing to ask about a new medication I was supposed to take, but I had some worries about it. I gave the doctor a bunch of details and asked a lot of questions, but his response wasn't very helpful or clear. All he basically said was if I had concerns, I shouldn't take the medication, without giving me any more advice or help. It left me feeling annoyed and let down that I didn't get any useful info from the appointment.

    Quick purchase of motorcycle gear

    Motoin is where I always go for motorcycle gear because they never let me down. The descriptions of the products are on point and so detailed, it's a breeze to pick out exactly what I need.     Toner cartridges for HP printer

    I bought some toner cartridges for my HP printer from this company, but they turned out to be defective. They ended up leaking toner all over my printer, messing up the prints, and even causing pages to fold and crimp. I tried to work things out with 1ink, but after several failed attempts, I had to take it up with my bank to get my money back. If you care about quality and good customer service, I suggest finding another place to get your toner.

    So, I was in need of a Windows key and stumbled upon this awesome shop with great prices. I placed my order, received a quick email with my invoice, then the key itself. Luckily, I already had my ISO ready to go so I didn't even have to bother with their download link. After installing it and entering the key, everything worked smoothly - no problems at all! And it was way more affordable than buying from Microsoft directly. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

    Frustrating customer service

    Man, it's been a total pain dealing with customer service. They keep insisting that I need a cleaning before I actually do, and they won't resume monitoring until I comply. I'm so fed up with hearing the same thing over and over and it's nearly impossible to get in touch with a real person. I mean, it's definitely more convenient than going in person, but geez, it's really starting to get on my nerves!

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - 365 REFUND POLICY IS INACCURATE TO BENEFIT STEALING YOUR $

    I had high hopes to reverse my newly diagnosed diabetes when purchasing from Barton Publishing not only the literature to educate myself but also the CinnaChroma, I figured that the 365 day return/refund policy I had nothing to lose. I faithfully tried this CinnaChroma for 6 months while eating healthy and it did not work for me. So I finally reached out to their customer service team to process my refund...I was advised to return my bottles of CinnaChroma (I had 4 unopened bottles) so I did so only to be refunded for just these 4 bottles ($112) not for the entire 12 bottles ($576). They state in their return policy "Physical items must be returned within 365 days of the purchase date." nowhere in their return policy does it state "MUST INCLUDE THE USED EMPTY BOTTLES" in order to get a FULL REFUND. I will be fair and say that this product truly may work for some people and the literature "Diabetes Solution Kit" is very informative and I did find it useful but the money that I am out for the product that did not work for me, is VERY FRUSTRATING. BEWARE...If you try ANY of their supplements...KEEP THE EMPTY BOTTLES JUST IN CASE YOU NEED TO REQUEST A REFUND if it did not work for you. I am not a happy Customer at all and their customer service people are not helpful at all….only state over and over I am sorry YOU ARE CONFUSED MAM’……I am not confused about their shady and unethical business practice.

    This was the worst experience - DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered the Safari peel and stick wallpaper in blue for my son's bedroom. I used the measuring guidelines that they posted on their website and somehow I didn't end up with enough wallpaper. When I went to order additional rolls, they sent me the wrong color. It was gray on a white background instead of the blue on a cream background. They don't have a phone number you can call, so I had to email. They take forever to respond to emails and when they finally responded they said that they didn't see a difference in the wallpaper color. It is just absurd. How can people who sell wallpaper not be able to tell the difference between two completely different sets of wallpaper colors. I've spent almost $1,000 in wallpaper at this company. I can't return the first rolls I purchased since it is already on the walls. At this point it looks like I'm going to be out the money and have to rip it all off and start over with something new because Carter and Main is refusing to acknowledge their mistake or do anything to fix it. Terrible company and terrible customer service. The print is cute though, it's a shame.

    The only truth in this thread is from Joe, Ashley and Sue. Bellelily is borderline fraud with their "business" practices. Not worth the deceptively low prices. Further complaint to China gov't for subsidizing shipping for companies like this to get products out...while we can't get the crap back to them without paying triple the item value or more.

    This company is 100% scam (my opinion). Ordered shirts and didn't fit properly and now they are claiming I didn't measure right and I got what was asked for. Too, top that the shirts were (are) very poor quality. So true, you get what you pay for. I want to return them but they are dragging out responses so 7 days will pass. I will end up with this crap and out money. Never again.

    CLOTHING AND SHOES
    Bellelily's clothes and shoes are cute and priced reasonably. I had an issue with the way I measured prior to purchasing a product. Customer Service was great helping me to exchange the product. I will definitely purchase from Bellelily again.

    I ordered a pantsuit the first week in June and it still has not arrived. I contacted the company via their site and have not gotten a response back yet. I paid my money and got NO PRODUCT!!!

    My experience was fully negative - I was looking for FREE resume creator on October 30, and found resume coach out and decided to give it a try. Though I found them as a platform, that had a free option, I couldn't download my CV. I had just an hour to make my CV and send it for a new position. Thus I didn't care about that 0,95 dollar, cause I needed it fast(as I had already spend around 40 mins creating the CV).
    So just a quick download.
    Since then I did not use my card and did not put money on it.
    2 days ago 30$ were withdrawn from my card. I had no idea WHY!
    It turned out that somewhere on their website with the smallest and transparent letters possible they have decided to put me as a subscriber, which means that I have to pay 30 dollar every 14 days. They were trying to withdraw the money a couple of times, but there was not enough of it.
    I would rather attach the part of you interface to prove that you UX is horrible. (but cuz I can't, just advising to try it on your own).
    I did not get any notifications or emails, or an outreach from their customer service to understand why I am not paying or using their platform at all since I subscribed.
    And now as I am trying to reach you out with emails - there is no response and not other contact information than one email, that does not function properly.
    This has been my worst experience ever!
