Ice maker broke after one year
I totally freaked out when the ice maker gave out on a scorching hot day, but luckily I ordered a new one on Amazon. Let me tell you, I am absolutely obsessed with this thing - it's hands down my favorite appliance in the house!
Portable dryer purchase
I gotta say, I bought a portable dryer from this company and man, what a letdown. When it showed up, it was making all kinds of loud mechanical noises, and I had to hit up the company for some troubleshooting help. They sent over a video of someone basically taking the whole thing apart, which I definitely wasn't up for. Eventually, the noise stopped on its own, only to come back a year and a half later, right after my warranty expired. When I reached out for help this time, they flat-out refused, even though they never gave me a replacement for the first issue. Not only that, they never even sent me the replacement filters they promised and then had the nerve to use my email to ask for reviews, totally going against Amazon's rules. All in all, it was a nightmare experience and a total waste of money.
