Received a defective item
I received my order and it was actually broken. So, I tried reaching out to them for help via email but didn't hear back for a whole week. After sending a few more emails, I finally got a response. The package arrived quickly, but the communication afterwards was pretty lousy. Luckily, the customer service team contacted me and it turned out that their emails were ending up in my spam folder. I'm bumping up my rating to 4 stars, but still waiting for them to fix the issue.

Credit reminder service
I've gotta give it to Self, they really know how to make life easier for us. I'm loving the way they send reminders for payments and confirm them once they're made. It's super handy and helps me keep track of my credit. And come on, who doesn't love a little reward every now and then? Self is definitely looking out for us customers.

Return label assistance
The customer service from this company has been so frustrating. I've tried four times to get a return label and haven't gotten any help yet. It seems like they're trying to delay me on purpose so I go past the 30-day return window. I'm really disappointed in how inefficient and uncommunicative their team has been. The service I've gotten is just not OK and it doesn't make the company look good. I'd warn others to be careful when they need help from their customer service.

LED 6024 kit
They sent the wrong lights, then gave me an RMA to return them, cost me $25 to ship the kit back. Now they have never issued the refund. I am out over $180!

HID Lamps
I needed HID LAMPS for my MB GL550 they offered a coupon. They made it appear I had lamps on the way only to returned to Huntington Beach CA. This is a scam don't purchase from this company. They don't respond to emails or answer calls.
