Laptop case
I ordered a laptop case from this website, but I got a kid's spoon and fork set instead. It was super frustrating! I contacted customer service right away. After a long chat, I was able to get a refund for the wrong item. But, man, this whole situation just left me feeling disappointed. I'm starting to wonder why Walmart even works with this company if they're so unreliable.

Flea treatment
The flea treatment I bought from an online pet store was a letdown. It took forever, like three weeks, to get here, and on top of that, it didn't even work on my pet's flea problem. I was so unhappy with it that I decided to write a bad review on the website to warn others. But guess what? They never even published it! So I did some digging and realized that all the reviews on there were super positive. Seems like they might be filtering out the negative ones to keep making sales. That’s shady and now I don’t know if I can trust any of the reviews on that site.

Quick and responsive customer service
I had a problem with my wallet - my cards were getting stuck and not coming out easily. I reached out to customer service and they replied quickly with solutions to solve the problem. Luckily, my wallet was still under warranty, so I got a replacement. I've been using the new wallet for almost a year now and I really like it. I'll definitely stick with this brand in the future.
