Rental textbook return
I just turned in a rental textbook and it didn't go well. I thought I returned it in great shape, but the company said there was water damage and made me pay full price for the book. On top of that, they wanted an extra $12 to ship it back to me. I don't think that extra charge was fair at all. Next time, I'll steer clear of this company and stick to buying textbooks from places I trust more, like Amazon.

My experience with myOTCstore was awesome. I got all my haircare products delivered on time and they were packaged really well. The prices were even better than what I find at my nearby store, even with my pro discount. The only bummer was the shipping cost, but it was worth it when I ordered in big quantities. The company isn't running a charity here. It totally makes sense for them to charge for what they offer. I gotta say, the hair products I got from this company were really amazing. The quality was top-notch and the prices were reasonable. And you know what really surprised me? Flexible hose purchase with warranty replacement
I recently bought a flexible hose in blue from your website and also got a warranty replacement plan. However, when it arrived, it was green instead of blue. I was worried about whether the warranty company would cover the green one instead of the blue one on the receipt, so I sent an email to ask about it. Although I got a quick reply from customer service, I was disappointed that they didn't fully understand my concern. Instead of confirming if the green hose would be covered by the warranty, they told me I would get a refund for the wrong item. While I appreciate the fast email response, I really wish there was a phone number I could call to talk to someone directly and make sure my question was addressed properly.
