Newbie win
This was my first time ordering from Nadula and honestly I was a bit nervous. I ordered two different bundle types and accidentally picked the wrong length for one set — I didn't notice until after checkout. I messaged customer service and got a reply super fast. Daisy opened a ticket immediately, and Mike followed through and helped swap the size without a hassle. That relief was real. When the bundles arrived I opened a pack the same day and ran my fingers through the wefts. They felt soft, smooth and silky, not stiff at all. Packaging was neat. No weird smell. I combed through them and only a few strands came loose. I'll install for a weekend event next month, can't wait to style them. Overall really pleased so far.
Hair extension order
I just bought some hair extensions online but I messed up and picked the wrong length. Luckily, the customer service through the chat feature on the website was amazing. Even when there was a payment problem because of maybe fraud, Jessica really went out of her way to fix it and make sure I got the right length without any extra charge. I was so impressed with how fast they got back to me and how much they did to make me happy. Their service is way better than other companies. I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
Two cute glueless wigs
I recently got two wigs from this amazing place, and let me tell you, they are absolutely adorable and look so natural. I'm super excited to shoot some videos for my Insta followers to show them how great these wigs are. If you're looking for some high-quality wigs, this is definitely the place to go!
Hair order
Upon my initial interaction with this company, I must admit that my experience with ordering hair was quite disappointing. Despite receiving confirmation that my order went through successfully, I later found out that my payment couldn't be verified, even though the purchase had been deducted from my account. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times via email, phone calls, and the chat system, but unfortunately, I didn't get any responses regarding the status of my order. This left me feeling frustrated and like my concerns were being ignored. On top of that, I continued to receive advertising messages even after opting out, which only added to my dissatisfaction with the service I was receiving. It has been a frustrating and unproductive process, and I'm starting to question if there are real people behind the scenes who can help with customer issues. Overall, my initial experience with this company didn't meet my expectations and left me wanting more from their service.
Elegant, beautiful, full hair purchase
I absolutely love the hair that I got from this company - it looked just like the pictures, so elegant and full. I've tried a lot of different brands before, but none of them can match up to the quality of this hair. I'm seriously so impressed with what this company has to offer and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Hair purchase, Soft and Natural
This was my first time ordering from this company and I gotta say, I am pleasantly surprised. The hair I ordered looks just like it does online - soft, great quality, and so natural. The little extra gifts they included were a nice surprise. Definitely gonna be ordering from them again!
Silky smooth hair, perfect lace
The hair was super silky and the lace was just perfect! I hardly had to do anything to it, just put it on straight out of the box. I'm really impressed with how good the hair is and the wig cap that came with it. I'll definitely come back to buy from here again. The customer service was awesome too, they were really helpful.

Sparse wig
I ordered a wig from this place and man, it was not what I was hoping for. It was really thin at the top and didn't even look like real hair. I'm pretty let down and for sure gonna return it to get my money back.

I've been getting so many annoying texts from this company even though I never bought anything from them. It's so frustrating to keep getting spam messages, especially since they keep changing their number to avoid getting blocked. I've tried to unsubscribe several times, but it hasn't worked.
Wig purchase - 20in version
The wig I got was just so pretty! It was super soft and the color was just beautiful. I got lots of compliments on it too. It was the perfect length and the curly hair looked so good on me. Yeah, there was a bit of shedding, but that happens with curly hair. Plus, even though it was supposed to be glueless, a little spray made it stay put on my little head. I'm really pleased with my purchase overall.
Color hair purchase
I recently decided to change my style and got some colorful hair from this amazing place. Let me tell you, I was blown away by how great it is!
