When the bundles arrived I opened a pack the same day and ran my fingers through the wefts. They felt soft, smooth and silky, not stiff at all. Packaging was neat. No weird smell. I combed through them and only a few strands came loose. I'll install for a weekend event next month, can't wait to style them. Overall really pleased so far.
