Ooni pizza oven purchase
I recently bought a pizza oven from this company and I haven't had a chance to use it yet. But I gotta say, I'm really happy with the customer service I got while ordering it. Kris, Jake, and Josh were super responsive, friendly, and helpful. They gave me some great tips and info that I know will be useful when I finally use my new oven. When I unpacked it though, I found that the pizza stone was cracked. Even though it was late on a holiday Monday, I contacted customer service thinking I wouldn't hear back until the next day. But surprise, surprise, I got a quick response and they ordered a replacement stone right away. I got the replacement stone by Wednesday, which was quicker than I expected. I gotta say, the customer service from this company is excellent and really made a positive impression on me.
Ooni Karu 12g pizza oven
The Ooni Karu 12g pizza oven is a total game-changer. We've had an amazing experience with it, completely changing how we make pizza at home. The quality is top-notch and the pizzas always turn out perfectly. Unfortunately, we had a mishap when the oven got knocked over during a thunderstorm, breaking the handle to the fuel compartment. But the customer support team really came through for us. We reached out, sent a picture and our address, and they quickly shipped us a replacement handle for free. Their customer service is truly impressive and sets Ooni apart from the rest. We're super impressed and thankful for their dedication to making customers happy. Great job, Ooni!

I've got a bunch of awesome Ooni gear, like the Fyra, pizza peel, pizza board, and dough scraper. They're top-notch quality and really come in handy. Ooni's customer service is seriously the best, they always have my back and I trust them to deliver on any new products they release. The Fyra oven is amazing, once you get the hang of it, you can bake the most incredible pizzas ever. Who needs store-bought pizzas when you can make your own epic Ooni pizzas at home? Homemade Ooni pizzas are in a league of their own, they're just that good!

for those who love the pizza and they want to have it at home without buying or they dont like buying from outside too much, they will find this one really goodService was terrible before I even received the product. Product was not listed as on backorder. I ordered a few months before we planned to move to a new state. Eventually I got info that my order would not be completed for nearly two months and after our upcoming move. And to boot I could not change shipping to the new address. So I had the ordered canceled. Now questioning if Id take a chance and order again. With service like that on the buying end I wonder what it will be like once you are an owner with the product in hand. Think Ill fork out three times as much for an oven with a company that has its customer service act together.
Pizza oven thermometer replacement
Recently, the thermometer on the door of my pizza oven, which is several years old, broke off. I reached out to customer service for help in getting a new one. They responded quickly and asked for a photo of the broken thermometer to make sure they sent the right replacement. They sent a new thermometer without any cost, and I was really happy with how easy it was and with the good result. The customer service was really good and got the job done well.

I just got this awesome outdoor pizza oven and I gotta say, the customer service from the company was top-notch. I just got myself a pizza oven and I gotta say, I am super happy with it. The design is sleek and easy to use. And let me tell you, the pizzas that come out of this thing are phenomenal. I had a little problem with a part that wasn't working right, but when I contacted customer service on Easter, they got back to me in just a few hours. The replacement part showed up at my door 3 days later, which I thought was pretty quick. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about this pizza oven.
Karu 16
My family has been using our Karu 16 pizza oven for about a year now, and we absolutely love it! The pizzas we make are delicious, and we owe it all to this awesome oven. It was a bit confusing in the beginning, but we watched some YouTube videos and joined a few Facebook groups to figure it out. We did run into an issue with the thermometer not working recently, but the customer service team was incredibly helpful and sent us a replacement right away. Overall, we're thrilled with our Karu 16!
Birthday gift, Ooni oven
I had really high hopes for the Ooni oven since I heard so many good things about it, and I've got to say, it definitely lived up to the hype. The pizza that came out of that bad boy was something else - crispy crust, gooey cheese, and perfectly cooked toppings. I can honestly say that I've never had a better slice anywhere else, and I think you'd feel the same way. If you're thinking about checking out the Ooni oven, I say go for it - it's a real game-changer!

12-inch pizza oven
I recently purchased a 12-inch pizza oven and I absolutely love it! It cooks the pizzas quickly and they come out tasting delicious. I was debating between getting the 12-inch or the 14-inch, but I'm glad I chose the 12-inch. I also decided to add the propane conversion, which was really easy to set up and now I have more control over the temperature. It's such a blast to use and it definitely makes the tastiest pizzas I've ever had!

I just had a really great experience with customer service! So, I bought something from a store, but it wasn't working right. I contacted them for help and Jess got back to me super quickly. She checked out the problem, and ended up sending me a replacement item for free. Not only did she fix my problem, but she also suggested I register my other stuff for warranty just to be safe. I'm really happy with how well they took care of me.

Ordering was super easy, website was user-friendly, and product descriptions were spot-on. Had a small hiccup with delivery, but it got fixed quickly. Customer service was excellent, returning an extra accessory was a breeze. The reps I talked to were nice, informative, and knew their stuff.
