    New phone setup issue

    So, I bought a new phone for my mom and when we tried to set it up, it wouldn't activate! The code kept saying it expired or something. I sent an email to customer support, but they took forever to respond and didn't really fix the issue. Eventually, I just gave up and bought a new plan, which surprisingly worked. Overall, the plans are good, but the customer service through email needs major improvement. Another phone company I used in Europe had way better customer service through WhatsApp.

    Pizza oven purchase

    I just got myself a pizza oven and I gotta say, I am super happy with it. The design is sleek and easy to use. And let me tell you, the pizzas that come out of this thing are phenomenal. I had a little problem with a part that wasn't working right, but when I contacted customer service on Easter, they got back to me in just a few hours. The replacement part showed up at my door 3 days later, which I thought was pretty quick. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about this pizza oven.

    Lifelong Wellness Plan

    This whole situation is such a scam, you know? They're going after seniors like my mom, which is just not cool, man. She had no idea about this dumb Lifelong Wellness Plan until it was already too late. And now they won't let her cancel it, they just keep offering her discounts instead. Like, seriously, just fix it already instead of trying to smooth things over. It's so annoying! Hopefully this place does something about it soon.

    "Used" wetsuit purchase

    I recently bought a wetsuit from SwimInn and man, I was super let down by the whole thing. The wetsuit I got was definitely not new – it was all dusty, crinkled, and even had writing inside. Like, what gives? I dropped a good amount of cash on this thing and it came all beat up. When I tried to return it, it was a total hassle. SwimInn told me they had to wait for the manufacturer to decide if it was covered by warranty or repair before they could give me my money back, even though they shipped me a used wetsuit in the first place. It made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer, so I'm definitely not shopping there again.

    Outdoor sectional couch purchase

    I bought an outdoor sectional couch from this company, and it ended up being just okay. Even though I saw a lot of good reviews on the website, the product was only average in terms of comfort and quality. Honestly, I don't think it was worth the high price of over $6k. And to make matters worse, the customer service was seriously lacking. It was really hard to get ahold of them, especially as someone who had already bought from them. It seems like they only respond to emails, and even then, it took forever to get a response or sometimes I didn't get one at all. Looking back, I wish I had gone to a local patio store where the quality and service are more dependable. And when I tried to leave a review on their site, I couldn't find a way to do it, which makes me think they might be filtering out negative reviews.

    I had such a hard time trying to get in touch with this company. I ended up having to ask someone on Facebook to help me out, and luckily they were able to solve my issue. But man, why do they have to make it so tough to reach them?

    Steam Beam Engine Kit

    I recently got my hands on the Steam Beam Engine Kit and gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how well everything was put together, especially those tiny ball bearings. But, I gotta admit, I had to be really careful and double-check the instructions because the assembly required some serious attention to detail. Lesson learned - always 'Read the Instructions' (RTFI) before diving in. I had to backtrack a few times to make sure everything lined up right with the pictures provided.

    Once I finally got it all put together with some careful work, the engine ran smoothly and looked super cool - like a work of art as much as a functioning model. And bonus - the flywheel already had a grub screw in place, so I was able to get it going just by blowing into the boiler.

    Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and how everything turned out, even though it felt like there were just enough screws to get the job done.

    The chair I bought is great - super comfy, adjustable, sturdy, and rolls really smoothly. But let me tell you, putting it together was a bit of a pain. The foam they used for cushioning blocked the holes for the bolts, so getting them started was a struggle. I had to really push hard to get those bolts through the foam and screw them in.

    This store, let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch. I've contacted them several times and every time they got back to me so quickly with all the info and answers I needed.     My experience with the customer service at this company was amazing! At first, I had some trouble figuring out how to order the at-home testing kit on their website. But once I found the contact phone number for help, the customer service reps were so nice, helpful, and fast at fixing all my problems. They really went the extra mile to make sure I had a good experience, and I'm really thankful for how much they cared about making their customers happy.

    Three gift sets

    I recently bought three gift sets from this company for Christmas presents. When the order came, I was disappointed to see that the six bottles of shower gel were just thrown in a cardboard box with no gift packaging. I tried to contact Customer Service for help because I wanted the gifts to look nice, but after waiting on hold for a long time, I couldn't reach anyone. So, I chose the callback option but still haven't heard back.<br>Feeling frustrated, I went to a local store and talked to the manager. They told me that this was a common problem and that they often had to deal with complaints from unhappy customers who received damaged or wrong items. Luckily, the manager gave me some gift boxes they had in stock to fix the problem.<br>In the end, my experience with ordering online from this company was not great because of the missing gift boxes and the bad Customer Service. If I buy from them again, I'll make sure to avoid online ordering to prevent similar issues.

    SuperDry Ella Expedition Bomber Jacket

    I found this website and though I was hesitant, I ordered and hoped for the best. The entire process was quite easy and very professional. I am so pleased and even more so, the item is absolute PERFECTION! Even though I was hesitant and delivery a little slower than my impatient heart could handle, I would order from here again and again and tell my family and friends to do so too!!! Hands down, the BEST purchase decision of 2020!!
