Lifelong Wellness Plan
This whole situation is such a scam, you know? They're going after seniors like my mom, which is just not cool, man. She had no idea about this dumb Lifelong Wellness Plan until it was already too late. And now they won't let her cancel it, they just keep offering her discounts instead. Like, seriously, just fix it already instead of trying to smooth things over. It's so annoying! Hopefully this place does something about it soon.
Targeted exercise programs for common injuries
I've been using these exercise programs for some common injuries from this company, and I gotta say, they've been a huge help. The online videos and written instructions with pictures make it super easy for me to keep up and make sure I'm doing the exercises right. Rick Kaselj MS, BSc has been awesome with customer support, always getting back to me quickly. My shoulder and Piriformis syndrome have been feeling so much better since I started these programs, and now I'm excited to focus on improving my balance.
Low cost exercise program
I gotta say, that exercise program really did wonders for me after I got injured. The videos were super clear and easy to understand, plus the exercises were perfect for what I needed. But man, let me tell you, I was shocked by the way the website does business. I bought one cheap video, and next thing I know I'm being charged every month without even knowing it. It took me a while to catch on, and by then, I had some unexpected charges on my credit card.
