Disappointing return policy
I was first drawn in by the great prices from this company, but dealing with their return policy has been a headache. I bought some stuff and had to send one thing back, but I was surprised to find out I had to pay a big fee to ship it back. On top of that, it's been two weeks since I sent it back and still haven't gotten my refund. The way they handle returns is slow and unclear, and I'm not too happy about it.
Hassle-free returns
I had to return something I bought because it didn't fit right, but returning it was surprisingly easy. The customer service folks were super quick to answer my questions and kept me updated the whole time. I really liked how efficient and professional they were.
Clothes, good quality, best price
I bought some clothes from this one place that had really nice stuff for a good price, but shipping all the way from Spain wasn't exactly cheap. It did take a bit to get to me, but since the prices were so good, I didn't really care. Customer service was decent, although there were times when they didn't respond.
Jeans purchase
I just want to say thank you for getting my jeans to me so quickly and smoothly. Even though they had to come all the way from Europe, they got here in great shape and right on time. Ill-fitting shorts
I bought a pair of shorts at this store, but they ended up being too small for me. When I tried to reach out to customer service about returning them, my emails either didn't go through or didn't get answered. Finally, when I did hear back, they told me I had to pay £12 for a return label, which was half the price of the shorts. It was really frustrating, to be honest. I would recommend that anyone thinking about buying from this store should double-check their orders before committing, because the return process isn't very customer-friendly.
Dungarees
The overalls I bought from this shop are really top-notch. The stitching and details are flawless, and even though they were a 2xs, they fit me just right, which was a pleasant surprise since I normally wear a size S or M. But I do kinda wish there were more patches or designs on the back, especially that cool key-ring patch on the side that the older versions had. Still, I kept the overalls because they fit so well and the price was just too good to pass up.
A wide variety of products
I just bought some stuff from DressInn and I was really impressed with all the different things they had. I found items that I couldn't even find on the manufacturer's website, which was a nice surprise. The website was super easy to use too, so I had no trouble finding what I wanted. Overall, I had a really good shopping experience with DressInn and I would definitely suggest them to other people.

I had a little trouble with my address label and had to reorder my stuff because of it. It was annoying to have to pay extra, but the service I got this time was good. It took about a week to get to me here in the UK, which isn't too bad. I do wish they had kept the original price I paid, but all in all, I'm happy with how things turned out. I might give them another shot in the future.

I was really happy with how fast my order came and how good the product was from this company. It was in perfect shape and just like how they said it would be on their site.
