Large outdoor pizza oven purchase
I just got this awesome outdoor pizza oven and I gotta say, the customer service from the company was top-notch. We messed up and got the wrong product, but they totally came through for us and fixed it super fast. Even though it happened a year ago, when we finally figured it out, they were quick to make it right and make sure we were happy with what we got. The customer service team really showed they cared and paid attention to all the details. It's definitely made me a loyal fan of the brand!

Awesome wig purchase
Oh my gosh, I am absolutely in love with the wig I got from this place! It came really quick, only took 3 days. The wig is amazing - the lace is so soft, the curl pattern is beautiful, the length is just right, and there's no funky smell. It's full, thick, and doesn't shed at all. I am so thrilled with it and will for sure be getting more wigs from here down the line. I promise, I'm not kidding, this is seriously the best wig I've ever purchased.

Bright colored and patterned outfit
This outfit was so vibrant and eye-catching, I couldn't resist it! The material was nice and breathable, but I did have to be extra careful with it since it was a bit delicate. When I put it on, I totally felt like the character I was trying to channel, and it was such a cool feeling. It was a little snug on me, but after making a few tweaks here and there, I was able to make it work. All in all, I was really happy with my purchase.

I recently bought some supplements from this company because of an email promo. Bummer is, I didn't catch the big discount on a later email. So, I decided to contact their customer service to see if they could do anything about it. I was pleasantly surprised when they changed my bill to include the discount I missed. I'm really impressed by how much they care about making their customers happy, and because of that, I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Dress
NO Returns. Be careful. Dress had faulty zipper. Took 3 months to get a refund, very difficult customer service, had to pay return shipping, file dispute with credit card. It was a big hassle to deal with in a timely way while planning and preparing for a wedding. Shop elsewhere.
Having this same experience now they made the dress too small and want me to ship it back out of my own pocket and won't even guarantee a full refund if I do
This company is fraud. I never got my order and they took my money
