Kids shoes falling apart
I'm really upset about the kids' shoes I bought - they totally fell apart after only two months. After just a month of wearing them casually, I started noticing holes in the sides. And by the second month, the shoes were falling apart because the body was coming away from the rubber sole. I emailed to complain about the bad quality, but never got a response.

I was really surprised by how well the product worked. I thought it was going to be a serum, but it was more like a spot treatment. Even though it smelled kind of strange, it was still okay. It really helped my skin when it was breaking out or after I got my electrolysis done. It lasted a long time, but my bottle did dry out a little. I added some water and it was good as new.

I went to the beauty clinic for a cool-sculpting session and found out that I only got 10 out of the 12 treatments I paid for. It was really frustrating not getting what I paid for. I tried reaching out to the office about it, but I haven't heard back or gotten any resolution. It's disappointing to feel like the provider doesn't care about customer concerns, and it left me unsatisfied with the whole experience.

Online dog training course experience
I really liked the online dog training course, it was pretty fun overall. The info was really helpful in showing me new ways to train my pup. But, I had some trouble with the website itself. At first, it was hard to figure out how to use it and I ended up messing up on the first test because you couldn't check your answers. What bummed me out was that once the course ended, I couldn't go back to review or practice more like in other online classes I've done before.

Purchased gift subscription
I just bought a gift subscription for my grandkids and let me tell you, I am so impressed with the customer service from this company. I was worried about my granddaughter getting the same crates if she had more than one subscription, but the customer service rep quickly took care of all my concerns. It was nice to hear about all the steps the company takes to prevent that from happening. My grandkids really enjoy the Kiwi crates they get - they think they're fun, cool, and come with everything they need. I can definitely say that getting these crates as a gift for kids is always a great idea.

I gotta say, I was really impressed by my latest buy from this company. Like, the shipping was crazy fast, and the packaging was just gorgeous. I just bought some sneakers and man, they are terrible. No support, super uncomfortable. I've been buying from this company forever, loving their classic style, but this buy was just bad. The sizing was wrong, no support at all, and the quality was just not the same as before. Tried to get some help, but got no response. So frustrating and disappointing to see them skimping on quality for the sake of cutting costs.

I had a terrible experience with this company recently. I thought I was ordering a vanity mirror that was in stock, but it turned out the next day that it wasn't available after all. To make matters worse, they canceled my order out of the blue and then wanted to charge me an extra $300 if I still wanted it. Such a rip-off!
