    White dress with missing bow and thin material

    I was looking around online when I spotted this gorgeous white dress with a big bow in the back, thinking it'd be just right for an event at church. But when the dress finally arrived, I was bummed to see that the bow was gone and the material was so sheer you could practically see through it. It didn't have that classy vibe I was going for, and I ended up feeling like I got tricked by what I bought.

    Wedding outfits purchase

    I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered two outfits for my wedding reception, thinking they would come in on time. Sadly, they didn't show up by the reception date like they said they would. I get that sometimes deliveries get delayed, but the fact that the company didn't bother to keep me in the loop is just not cool. I've been trying for the past couple of months to get a hold of customer service to send the outfits back since I don't need them anymore. But, I haven't heard anything back, which is making me super frustrated and like they're ignoring me. The whole customer service situation has been a huge letdown and feels like it doesn't even exist.

    Day 24 shipping fiasco

    Shipping disaster alert!

    So I ordered something online and, can you believe it, it's been a whole 24 days and I still haven't got any shipping info! I've been sending emails and calling them like a gazillion times and all they keep saying is "no shipments found." Like seriously, what's going on?! I want my money back or I at least deserve some explanations. This is just so lame!

    I bought a skirt from your website not too long ago, and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole thing. It was a total nightmare and took forever. I waited six weeks, got some bogus tracking numbers, and finally had to involve my bank to get my skirt. This is just not cool, your customer service needs major improvement.

    Dress and bathing suit

    I got this dress and bathing suit for my mom from this place, but man, it took forever to get here! I paid extra for faster shipping and it still didn't come on time! The tracking number was all messed up at first, and I had to call to get a new one. They didn't even reply to my email. Now I'm trying to return them because they don't fit, but I can't figure out where to do it on their website. So frustrating! At least the clothes are cute, though!

    Poor product quality

    This company is a total scam, I'm telling you! The product I got was nothing like what they showed in their ads. It was made with cheap, flimsy material and the quality was just terrible. They're obviously trying to save money and trick people into buying their lousy stuff. And to top it off, it took forever for the items to show up, plus there was no invoice or return label in the package. When I tried to send the stuff back and get my money back, they had the nerve to make me pay for return shipping, a restock fee, and would only give me store credit. Can you believe that? I'm not spending another dime with this shady company, no way. Offering store credit for more of their junk products, what a joke! Save your time and money, don't bother with them.

    Refund issue

    This company is the worst, seriously! I've been trying to get a refund for something I bought, but they keep coming up with excuses. I gave them all the info they asked for, but they keep saying it's wrong. I even sent screenshots and emails and texts, but I never hear back. I'm furious! I'm going to call my bank and dispute the charge. It's been almost a month and they still haven't refunded me. I'm definitely going to report them to the BBB. Ugh, I never want to deal with them again!

    So, I ordered this thing online and it was a disaster, man! It took forever for them to give me an address to return my stuff, and when they finally did, it was missing the suite number! How am I supposed to send my stuff back without the correct address, you know? The post office contacted me asking for the suite number, and when I tried reaching out to Amanda Lang, she completely ignored me. And you know what? A month later, my package magically showed up at my doorstep! No refund, no communication. It was so frustrating and unprofessional, dude! I would not recommend them at all.

    I ordered some clothes from this website not too long ago and let me tell ya, it was a total mess. The stuff I got was nothing like what they showed online - the quality was trash and didn't look anything like the pictures.     I recently bought some clothes from this company, and man, I gotta say I'm really bummed about the quality. I've tried reaching out multiple times for a return label or instructions, but I haven't gotten a response at all. The fabric they used feels super cheap, like those tablecloths you only use once and then chuck. And don't even get me started on the "denim" jeans - they're not even real denim, just some printed pattern on crappy fabric. The stitching on the clothes is so bad, it looks like a kid did it. I don't wanna keep any of the stuff I bought, I'm just really unhappy with my purchase.

    Low-rise jeans and a sweater in size 2X

    I'm really upset about my recent purchase. The low-rise jeans I got don't look or fit like they were supposed to - they're definitely not low cut. And the 2X sweater I bought is way too small, even though I got it two sizes bigger than my usual size. To top it off, customer service hasn't responded to any of my emails. This is terrible customer service and I'm not happy about it.

    Customer Service went above and beyond for me. I got a fancy dress for a beach wedding in the color the bride asked for, but it was too big for my small size. When I swapped it for a smaller one, the bride switched up the color she wanted, so I had to return both dresses. Even with all that hassle, the folks at INS were super helpful and supportive. They helped me out with the return and helped me find a new dress in a different color that fits just right. Thanks to their amazing service, I'm feeling good and pumped to wear this dress to the wedding no matter what!

    I got some clothes online recently and man, they were awful! They had holes in them and get this, one even had a bloodstain on it. Can you imagine? When I tried to send them back, they were asking for more money for shipping than the clothes were worth and wanted me to send them to some random apartment!     The product I got from INS was really disappointing. The clothes I bought didn't look anything like the pics online. It was cheap material and badly stitched. Clearly, it wasn't worth what I paid. After reading other reviews, I found out I wasn't the only one unhappy. Seems like getting not what you expect is a regular thing. I tried to contact them, but based on what others said, it's probably not even worth it.

    I bought a sweater from this company, but it was a total letdown. The sweater looked nothing like the picture online and the quality was really bad. It came in a tiny package, which was surprising. I paid a lot for it, so I was pretty upset. Now I'm stuck trying to get a refund from this shady company.     Jumpsuit purchase dissatisfaction

    I bought a jumpsuit from this site thinking it would be a great addition to my wardrobe, but man was I let down. The fit was terrible, even though I got a small like I normally wear. The torso was way too short and the fabric felt super cheap. Definitely not worth the money I spent, I wish I never bought it.
