Engagement ring turning bronze
My boyfriend proposed to me with a beautiful engagement ring 2 months ago. I've been really careful with it - I always take it off when I shower, wash my hands, or put on creams. But for some reason, a part of the ring has turned bronze. We went back to the store where he bought it, hoping to exchange it since it supposedly has a warranty. But they said no and tried to blame me for the discoloration. I have two other rings from a different brand that I've been wearing daily for 5 years, and they still look perfect.

Dolce Baby Angelina bedroom set, French Vanilla
I just got the Dolce Baby Angelina bedroom set in French Vanilla and I'm really happy with it. The quality and packaging are both top-notch. It came in just 5 days after ordering and was delivered for free right to my garage by UPS. Everything was well wrapped in wood frames and lots of foam, so it all arrived in perfect shape. I had to put together the crib, bookcase, chest, double dresser, and dressing kit, but it wasn't too hard, just took some time.

Survey Sparrow has been a real game-changer for me in my user research. At first, I wasn't sure which platform to go with, but Survey Sparrow totally won me over. Making surveys is a breeze and they're not too overwhelming for participants. I love all the integrations they offer, especially the one with Google Sheets. I definitely suggest giving Survey Sparrow a shot because it's so easy to use and really effective in getting great feedback. I'm hoping they add integrations with AirTable and Notion soon, as well as a monthly billing option.

Wedding dress purchase
Customer Service went above and beyond for me. I got a fancy dress for a beach wedding in the color the bride asked for, but it was too big for my small size. When I swapped it for a smaller one, the bride switched up the color she wanted, so I had to return both dresses. Even with all that hassle, the folks at INS were super helpful and supportive. They helped me out with the return and helped me find a new dress in a different color that fits just right. Thanks to their amazing service, I'm feeling good and pumped to wear this dress to the wedding no matter what!
