Polarized sunglasses
I just bought a pair of polarized sunglasses from Fashionesta, and I was really surprised when they arrived in just a flimsy poly bag instead of a case. I couldn't believe that they would ship sunglasses like that - they're delicate and need proper protection during shipping. It's kind of shocking that they didn't realize that.
Shoes and handbag
I bought some shoes and a handbag at this store the other day. I've been shopping here for over 8 years and always love the quality of their stuff.
Items are nice, ordered twice
I bought some stuff from Fashionesta and it was really good quality. I've shopped there twice already and both times I was happy with what I got. The items were just like they were described, and I liked the little details in them.
Fast, original, cheap outlet items
I just bought some stuff from Fashionesta and I gotta say, I was really impressed. My order came super quick, just like they said, and the prices were awesome since it's an outlet. The clothes are really high quality and I'm so happy with what I got. And can we talk about the customer service? They were so nice and helpful, seriously went out of their way to help me with any questions I had. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with my whole shopping experience at Fashionesta.
Gucci scarf
I bought a scarf from this company recently and I was really disappointed with it. The Gucci label was falling off, showing me it wasn't real. Also, the scarf was way too long at 208cm when real Gucci scarves are only 180cm. It makes me worry about the company not paying attention to details or quality. And on top of that, they make customers pay for return shipping, even for damaged items. They only partially refund the amount when they get the item back, and they even tried charging me for the shipping to the UK. Luckily, I used PayPal for this purchase, and they helped me get a full refund and covered the return shipping cost. So, my advice is to not buy from this company unless you do it through PayPal. Their products are not real.
Skinny jeans - too small
The skinny jeans I ordered were totally off - they were way too small. And to make matters worse, there was no return label in the package, so I had to fork out €15 to send them back. I'm really hoping to get my money back on this because I definitely won't be ordering under these circumstances again. Thanks.
Incorrect size, delayed refund, unresponsive customer service
I just bought something online, and it was not a good experience at all. The item I got was the wrong size, and it was a real pain trying to get my money back. It took them more than a month to process the return and give me my refund. Plus, they said they would pay for the return shipping, which cost a lot, but I haven't heard anything about that yet.

Fast delivery but no free returns
I recently bought something from this shop and was really surprised by how fast it got here. But then I found out that I'd have to pay for the return shipping myself and not get a refund for it. Basically, if I need to send something back, I have to cover the cost of shipping there and back. That's a big no for me, so I won't be shopping here again.
Didn't get my stuff
I'm really upset right now! I ordered something before Christmas and it still hasn't arrived. On top of that, they won't give me a refund. I've been trying to reach out to them but no one has gotten back to me. I just want either my order or my money back. It's so frustrating!
Recent purchases in amazing bargain deals
I've just gotta say, Fashionesta has seriously blown me away with all the awesome deals I've come across on their site. The selection is unreal, and I've been finding myself placing orders more and more frequently. The customer service is amazing too - everyone I've talked to has been super friendly and helpful. And even on social media, they're quick to respond and always show they've got our backs. I've been telling all my friends about Fashionesta, and they've had nothing but great things to say after giving it a shot.
Clothes, So Fake!
I can't believe it, but I am seriously annoyed with this store! The clothes I bought turned out to be completely fake, can you believe it? And when I tried to return them, they made me pay for shipping and deducted all these other charges, so I barely got any money back! It's so frustrating! The only slightly good thing I can say is that the delivery was pretty quick, only like 2 weeks, but that doesn't make up for the fact that the clothes were fake and the return policy was terrible.

Parcel Return Issue
I had a problem returning a package for a refund. I used Hermes but it got stuck at the depot for over 5 weeks and ended up back with me. I contacted Anna in customer service and she was super helpful and reassuring. She recommended I use Royal Mail instead and was always quick to reply to my emails. Even with the return taking longer than expected, I'll keep shopping at Fashionesta thanks to Anna's awesome customer service.
Huge selection, good prices, fast delivery, excellent customer service
I just bought some stuff from this online store and man, they've got a ton of products to choose from. The prices for name-brand stuff were pretty good, and I found just what I needed without breaking the bank. Plus, my order got here super quick - even faster than I thought it would. I did have to return something because it didn't fit right, but the process was easy and they refunded my money in no time. All in all, I had a great time shopping with them and I totally think you should give them a try too.

Every time I visit their website, it's smooth sailing - easy to find what I'm looking for and their customer service is top-notch.
