I recently bought some printer ink cartridges from this company, and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with their service. They gave me a tracking number right away, but when I checked the USPS tracking site, it said they never got the package. I contacted their customer service team for an explanation, and they said the order was delivered three days ago, which couldn't be right because I only ordered it a day before. I asked about the differences between the tracking info they gave me and the USPS site, but I didn't get a good answer. They said they'd look into it and send a replacement, but I didn't hear back from them for two days. I sent two follow-up emails asking about the replacement, but I didn't get a response. The lack of responsibility and honesty in their service is worrying, and it's made me really unhappy with my whole experience.

I bought some new phones from this store not too long ago and man, let me tell you, I was pretty disappointed with the way things went down. The salesperson wasn't totally upfront about stuff like return policies and fees, which left me feeling pretty aggravated and like I had been fooled. Then, when I tried to return the phones within the 30 days like they said I could, I got hit with some unexpected charges and they even told me I'd lose the phone numbers I've had for years. It was a pretty crummy experience and I'd definitely advise others to be careful if they're thinking about shopping at this store.

Group reservation cancellation
I was really disappointed with the whole overbooking situation at the Sonesta Hotel. Nobody even bothered to tell the other members of my group ahead of time. When I tried to get some help, both the Hotel Planner and the Sonesta Hotel were just pointing fingers at each other. And to top it all off, no one offered any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. The representative I spoke to while planning another trip was also really rude. Needless to say, I won't be using their services again.

Online clothing purchase
The product I got from INS was really disappointing. The clothes I bought didn't look anything like the pics online. It was cheap material and badly stitched. Clearly, it wasn't worth what I paid. After reading other reviews, I found out I wasn't the only one unhappy. Seems like getting not what you expect is a regular thing. I tried to contact them, but based on what others said, it's probably not even worth it.
