Sturdy caddy
This here caddy is real strong, lemme tell ya. I managed to lug around 16 liters of milk in it no problem. Found a lil' rust 'bout 5 millimeters under the wheel, but ain't no big deal. I've had it 'bout 4 months and it's still goin' strong. My brother Frank ended up ordering it from a different site 'cause I only deal with checks when I buy stuff online.
New sneakers
Man, I was really looking forward to getting my hands on those awesome new sneakers I ordered. But it turns out, the delivery folks couldn't locate my house! Now, instead of rocking my fresh kicks, I'm just here waiting around for a refund. It's such a bummer, you know?
Incorrect item received, poor customer service
I had a pretty bad experience with my recent purchase from this company. I ordered something for my kid's birthday, but the wrong item showed up instead. When I called customer service, they said I had to send back the wrong item first. The return was a pain because the slip they gave me didn't work, so I had to go back and forth to the post office a bunch of times.
Outdoor Furniture Set
Oh man, you wouldn't believe the nightmare I had buying from this company. I ordered an outdoor furniture set, they said shipping was free, but then they kept emailing me asking for more money to ship it. Each email had a different price, which was so confusing. I ended up having to get PayPal involved to straighten things out. It's insane that they can't just stick to what they advertise about free shipping.
Lift chair purchase
I recently bought a lift chair from Giantex, hoping it would help me out as an older disabled person. Unfortunately, the chair started acting up after just a few months. I tried reaching out for help, but was told the warranty was only good for six months and they couldn't do anything to fix it, even if I paid for it myself. Now I'm stuck with a $1000 chair that doesn't work properly. Giantex talks a big game about wanting to make things right, but they didn't lift a finger to help me out. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I certainly won't be buying anything from them in the future. Their lack of responsibility and honesty with customers is really disappointing, and they deserve every bad review they get. People need to know about their shady business practices.
Misleading shipping terms
I was really let down by my experience with this company. I only bought something because they said shipping was free, but the next day I got an email saying I had to pay for shipping. That totally surprised me and left me feeling pretty negative about the whole thing. It's got me wondering if this company is really honest and what else they might not be upfront about. People should know to watch out for hidden fees and unexpected messages when they're dealing with this company.
Christmas gift purchase
I bought a Christmas gift on December 16th, hoping it would show up in time for the holiday. I paid extra for 2-day shipping to be sure. But, man, was I let down by the seller. They kept changing the delivery date without even telling me why. The present never showed up, and my daughter didn't get the one thing she really wanted from Santa. The company's lack of communication and all the lies just made things even worse.
A new skateboard
Hey, so I was checking out some new skateboards and can you believe they were asking for a cash tip? Like, that's so weird, right? I just decided to bail because that's super unprofessional and sketchy. They're definitely not getting my money!
Large item return experience
I had this really awful thing happen to me with this big thing I bought. I left a negative review and then I got warned that I might only get back some of my money. And then they told me I had to pay to send it back, which was gonna cost more than what I paid for the thing in the first place. It felt like they were mad at me just because I spoke my mind about their product. That's just not cool customer service and it really ticked me off. I think I deserve better treatment as someone who spends my hard-earned money there.
Compact washer and dryer purchase
I just bought a compact washer and dryer from your store, and I was bummed to see that it arrived with a crack in the upper seam of the front panel. I've been having some trouble trying to return it, though. I tried to print a return label but ran into some issues, so I asked for one to be sent to me by mail.
Convertible Sofa, Bed Sleeper Chair
I just bought this convertible sofa bed chair thing, thinking it was gonna be brand new. But when it got delivered, it had all these big rips and holes, and it smelled all musty and gross. I tried emailing the company but they never got back to me about it. Luckily, I was able to donate the messed up chair to Goodwill. Dealing with the bad customer service and the low quality product really makes me wonder if I can trust this company.
Expensive products
I was really let down by the expensive stuff I bought recently. The quality was pretty bad, and it felt like I shelled out a ton of money for something that wasn't worth it. When I talked to customer service about my issues, all I got were apologies and excuses about the product being out of warranty. It was frustrating to feel like I wasn't gonna get any kind of compensation for the poor quality, even if my life depended on it. I'd warn others to be careful when buying things from this company, 'cause there's a good chance you'll end up with cheap stuff at expensive prices.
