Refund experience
In my last review, I only gave Drippy 2 stars. But now I have to update that because they actually gave me a refund! Their product, packaging, and delivery are all really great, but I had a rough time with their customer service. If they could work on that, more people would trust them and become customers.

Oh my gosh, we just got these adorable chairs for our bedroom and we are totally in love with them! They are incredibly comfortable and cozy, ideal for lounging around or reading. The delivery was amazingly quick and ordering them was a breeze. Plus, the best part is that they didn't break the bank, so we got high-quality furniture at a reasonable price.

Incorrect item received, poor customer service
I had a pretty bad experience with my recent purchase from this company. I ordered something for my kid's birthday, but the wrong item showed up instead. When I called customer service, they said I had to send back the wrong item first. The return was a pain because the slip they gave me didn't work, so I had to go back and forth to the post office a bunch of times.

I was a little nervous about buying something online because of past problems I've had with orders and being worried about giving out my personal banking info. But, I decided to go for it since they had the bag I wanted so badly. Thankfully, my payment went through smoothly and I didn't have to deal with any extra hassle. Before I made my purchase, I contacted customer service to talk about my concerns. I talked to Monique, who was super nice and eased my concerns about the whole thing. I bought some clothes from Subliworks and they were really nice. The printing looked great and the quality was excellent. I liked that there were lots of options to choose from and customizing my order was easy. The only thing is that the prices seemed a little high compared to what I've paid before. The customer service was really good though, they were quick to answer my questions and the ordering process went smoothly. The delivery was fast too, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I was happy with my purchase and would think about ordering from Subliworks again.

This flower company told me they'd deliver a lovely bouquet on a specific day, but it ended up being a day late and not up to par with what I was hoping for. Their customer service was no help and took forever to get back to me. I won't be using this company again.

I recently bought a bunch of jewelry supplies from this online store and it was awesome! I got a bunch of stuff like ring blanks, rings, and silicone molds for my jewelry making business. There was one item that didn't look like the picture and a couple of things were a little bent, but overall I got more than what I paid for. I was a little hesitant at first because the prices were so low, but now I'm a happy customer who will definitely shop here again in the future. Final sale sweater
I bought a final sale sweater from this store not too long ago. But when it came in, I saw right away that it had obviously been worn before. There was hair, lint, and a lot of pilling on it from whoever had it before me. And to make matters worse, the shipping label showed it was sent by a totally different company, which was kind of a letdown. If they're gonna sell stuff that's been returned, they should at least check it over and let customers know what they're getting into.

I recently got these cool new car mats that have custom pockets and logo stitching, and let me tell you, they are absolutely amazing! The quality is really top-notch, and they fit my car perfectly like they were made just for it (which they were, technically). I was a little concerned about the wrinkles they had from being in the box, but I was told they will smooth out over time. I even had my car's logo embroidered on them, and it matches the logo on my seats perfectly. Overall, I couldn't be happier with how they turned out, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new car mats.

My experience with this platform has been a total nightmare. The contract I signed had all sorts of unclear language and extra fees that let the landlord charge me for every little thing. The rooms didn't look anything like the photos they had online. It was a total rip-off trying to cancel my payment when I saw I had been tricked. And there was no government oversight to help me out. I would definitely steer clear of this sketchy operation.

OEM remote for 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee
I just got a new OEM remote for my wife's 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this company, and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The remote got to us super fast, just 3 days after ordering, and it was a perfect match to the original one. I brought the new remote and the car to our nearby body shop for programming, which only set me back $45.00. And, I also got the emergency key cut at a local lock shop for only $4.00. In the end, everything together cost less than $100.00, which saved me a ton compared to the almost $300.00 price tag at the local Chrysler/Jeep dealership.

I've been shopping at Miscota for years and they've always been great, until my last order. I was supposed to get two big bags of pet food but only one showed up with no label or note. I reached out to their customer service, but they asked for photos of the box and label, which I couldn't provide since the missing bag just never showed up with any packaging. After a few tries, I finally got to talk to a real person from customer service who fixed the problem right away and gave me a refund for the missing bag.
