My experience with NewAir was awesome. I was checking out wine coolers on YouTube and decided to go with them for my first one. When I got it home, I realized the water container for humidity was wrong. I contacted customer service and was impressed with how they took care of me. Charles Trapp, the guy I talked to, was super understanding and really went the extra mile to fix the issue. He had to get approval from his boss to send me the right part for free, but he kept me in the loop with four follow-up calls. That kind of personalized service really made me feel like they appreciated my business.
Countertop Ice Machine
I just bought one of those countertop ice makers and at first, I was really into the nugget-sized ice it gave out. But, after just two months, it started leaking water everywhere. So annoying! I decided to call customer support, and I was actually impressed by how fast they got back to me and how willing they were to give me a new unit. Their customer service was top-notch the whole way through. The team that helped me out stayed in touch at every stage, and I have to say, I'm really grateful for all their hard work and quick responses.
Unit with missing handles and wheels
I bought something from this company not too long ago, but it came without the handles and wheels it was supposed to have. Their customer service folks really came through in a big way though, they fixed the problem by sending me a new unit that was even bigger than the one I ordered, and they didn't charge me extra for it. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how they take care of their customers and make sure we're happy.
Black countertop ice machine
I got this black ice machine a while back but didn't even start using it until recently. It was awesome for like a year and a half, then the ice water tray busted and had to get a replacement. I reached out to customer service and they took care of it super fast. I gotta say, I'm really pleased with the help I got.
Portable Air Conditioner purchase
I just got this awesome portable air conditioner and I had trouble setting it up. I gave customer service a call and this super nice lady named Hilary really came through for me! She was so patient and helped me out, even though I was totally lost. She fixed the problem in no time and made sure I knew what was going on. I'm really pleased with the assistance she provided!
Portable AC
I bought a Portable AC from this company not long ago and had the pleasure of chatting with Elizabeth from customer service. I saw this YouTube vlog talking up their awesome customer service, so I thought, why not give them a shot? And let me tell you, I was not let down in the slightest. Elizabeth really knew her stuff, took the time with me, and gave me all the info I needed to make the right choice. Huge thanks for the fantastic service!

I was really impressed with how quick and professional the service I got was. The system they used worked fast and made sure everything went smoothly. Loud ice machine noise
I got this ice machine and within four months, it started making this super loud noise! So, I gave customer service a ring and ended up chatting with Elizabeth. Let me tell you, she was the sweetest and totally understanding. Elizabeth made sure to send me a new machine pronto. Usually, dealing with customer service is a nightmare, but Elizabeth really came through for me!
Broken ice maker
My ice maker broke, so I reached out to the company online and Vanessa Edwards was the one who helped me out. She not only answered all my questions, but also gave me clear directions on what to do next. She even went the extra mile to assist me with the shipping payment over the phone. Vanessa provided top-notch customer service - very professional and quick!
