Ankle-strap shoes
I was really excited to order a pair of ankle-strap shoes online because there wasn't a store close by. Even though I got a discount for my first purchase, I still had to pay for shipping. When the shoes showed up quickly, I was bummed to see that the strap was too short to go around my ankle correctly. I thought it was strange since my ankles aren't especially big. Unfortunately, I had to deal with the frustration of sending the shoes back and paying for the return shipping. All in all, it ended up being a waste of my time and money. With the extra shipping costs in mind, I'll definitely think twice before buying from this site again.

I lost my favorite sunglasses and was planning to order them online, but I happened to walk by the sunglasses store and decided to check it out. I didn't find the exact pair I wanted, but I asked the super nice lady working there if she could help me order a custom pair. She was so friendly and efficient, using her iPad to quickly place the order and apply my discount. Less than a day later, my personalized, engraved sunglasses were on their way to me. I wanted to share that I made three purchases on AliExpress not long ago, but sadly, two of the items never arrived. I contacted AliExpress to see if they could help, sending over an email from the freight company confirming that the items were sent back to the supplier because of delivery problems. Even after reaching out and explaining everything, AliExpress didn't really do much to assist me. They turned down my request for a credit, which left me feeling pretty frustrated and unsatisfied with how they handled the situation.

More then two occasions I found packing quality issue below normal standard but that was not my concerned ,if product damaged due to worst packing you will be responsible for that.
