2 Bras
I gotta tell you, I recently bought 2 bras from this store, and man, I am beyond thrilled with how it all went down. I used their bra-sizing service online and they nailed it - I finally found a bra that fits like a dream after years of struggling. It has seriously changed the comfort game for me, I've never felt this great in a bra. I've tried different sizing services before, online and in person, but none have come close to the accuracy of this website. In the past, bras have been a pain for me - wires digging in, causing discomfort - but these bras are like a second skin, perfect fit, perfect comfort. The quality is top-notch, the price is fair, and the fit is spot on. I feel like a whole new person!
Ordered bras in new size
I recently bought some bras in my new size and at first had some problems with the wire/gore fit. But, when I contacted customer service, they were super helpful in giving me advice and suggesting different styles that might work better for me. I decided to go ahead and order the new styles they recommended and I'm happy to report they fit great and are really comfortable. The whole ordering process was easy, the delivery was fast, and the personal touch from customer service made the whole experience enjoyable. The only downside is now I want to buy even more bras from them because they're all so nice!
Sizing accuracy and selection
I really liked all the options of bras they had on their website, and the size they recommended for me was just right. The bra size part of the site was super easy to use, and it made it really simple to find the perfect fit. But I was a little let down by the return process. Ordering was quick and smooth, but the updates on returned items weren't as clear as the ones for purchases. I wasn't sure how long it would take to get my refund once I sent the items back. Still, the delivery service was fast and on time, which was great.
Bikini top and matching bottoms
I bought a bikini top and bottoms back in January from this store. But when I went on vacation, I found out that the bikini top was messed up. So, I reached out to customer service through email and they were super quick to respond. They got back to me in no time and gave me a full refund without any trouble. I was really pleased with how they handled the situation and how fast they fixed it. Their customer service was top-notch and because of that, I'll definitely be shopping there again. Bras purchased were amazing and delivered super quick with unlimited delivery.
The bras I bought are so comfy and they look amazing on me. But I ran into a little snag with returning one. It took way too long to get my money back, even though the tracking info said they got it. That's why I didn't give it a 5-star review.
New bras
I ordered some new bras online and they arrived really quickly. I got them in just 2 days. I decided to go with a cup size larger than what I normally wear based on their sizing guide, and they fit like a dream! They are super comfortable and high quality. I'm amazed at how well they fit. I'll definitely be ordering more soon.
Oversized bra purchase
It's really annoying trying to find bras that fit me here in the US, so I usually end up ordering a bunch of different sizes online. Brastop has been really good about giving me refunds quickly and they always include a return label in the package, which is nice. But man, those return shipping costs can really start to add up fast. I wish they had free returns, it would make things a lot easier. It's just a pain and expensive to send stuff back, especially when you're trying to figure out the right size.
Lingerie at competitive prices
As an international customer, I really love the variety of lingerie choices at great prices. In my country, some items are hard to come by, so having a go-to online store with a wide selection is awesome. It would be even better if there was free shipping though, as dealing with currency conversions and shipping costs can add up and make things pricey. Also, having more info on the international return policy would make it easier for us overseas shoppers to feel more at ease.
Clothes that fits me finally!
Oh my goodness, I can't believe I finally found bras that fit me perfectly! The order arrived really quickly and everything was made so well. Normally, I have a tough time getting the right size, but this brand really got it right and I couldn't be happier with my buys. The quality is amazing and the prices are actually reasonable. They offer such a great variety of colors and styles to pick from, I'm loving it!
Returned item and subsequent order
I recently had to send something back to an online store because it didn't fit right. My package ended up getting lost in the mail, but I emailed customer service about it. They got back to me within a day and took care of refunding my money right away. Dealing with them was super easy and they were great at keeping me in the loop. Awesome customer service all around!
Pour Moi bra
I just got the Pour Moi bra from this store. The customer service and delivery were great, but the bra was kinda too tight and not super comfy for wearing all day. I had to keep it 'cause I needed a bra ASAP, but I'll definitely be going back to my favorite brand, Fantasia, next time.
Lingerie for larger bra sizes
This company is awesome for women who need bigger bra sizes because they have a lot of choices at good prices. I bought something from them recently and a matching piece was missing from my order. But the customer service team was really quick to help and they sent me the missing item without any problems. I'm grateful for how fast they fixed the issue.
Awesome bras
I always struggle to find cute bras that actually fit me, but this place has a great selection! They've got some real nice colors and the prices aren't too bad. I'm really happy with my purchase, and I also appreciate that they allow you to order a few different sizes and return the ones that don't work out.
Lingerie set
My time at this store was so annoying. I ordered a lingerie set last week, and Evri, the delivery company, has been sitting on my package since Tuesday without even trying to deliver it. I tried emailing and tweeting at them, but got no response. It took me four days of trying before I finally got a hold of someone named Rebecca through online chat, and she was able to help me out.

I just bought some lingerie online and I gotta say, they had a great selection and the sizing advice really helped me pick the right fit. They had everything I wanted in stock, which was awesome. But man, the refund process was a bummer. It took 14 days to get my refund, and then another 3 days for the money to show up in my account. I've been shopping online for a while, and that wait time was just not cool.
Various bras
I have some mixed feelings about my recent purchase from Brastop. I really like a couple of the bras I got, but a few others are kind of uncomfortable and I'm hoping they'll break in. My main issue right now is the privacy of my info. Ever since I ordered, I've been getting weird texts from random companies selling beauty stuff. I don't shop online a lot, so I know Brastop is where my info got out. It's just not cool and makes me worry about my privacy as a customer.
