I really liked all the options of bras they had on their website, and the size they recommended for me was just right. The bra size part of the site was super easy to use, and it made it really simple to find the perfect fit. But I was a little let down by the return process. Ordering was quick and smooth, but the updates on returned items weren't as clear as the ones for purchases. I wasn't sure how long it would take to get my refund once I sent the items back. Still, the delivery service was fast and on time, which was great.
Bikini top and matching bottoms
I bought a bikini top and bottoms back in January from this store. But when I went on vacation, I found out that the bikini top was messed up. So, I reached out to customer service through email and they were super quick to respond. They got back to me in no time and gave me a full refund without any trouble. I was really pleased with how they handled the situation and how fast they fixed it. Their customer service was top-notch and because of that, I'll definitely be shopping there again.
