Swimwear
I had a great experience with the customer service at Bare Necessities. Diana, the associate, really went out of her way to help me with a return and find some new swimwear options. She was super friendly, professional, and patient the whole time. Diana made me feel important and valued, which doesn't always happen when you're out shopping. Her kindness and top-notch service really made an impact on me. I appreciate how much she cared and paid attention to me while I was in the store.
Emergency medical situation
I had a really serious medical emergency right before I got my bras, which was a bummer because I can't actually wear that kind. I tried to contact customer service to exchange or return them but all I got was a recording telling me to go online. I couldn't figure out how to do it online, so now I'm stuck with these bras I can't use and I'm out the money I spent. I think in cases like mine with a medical problem, they should let me talk to a real person from customer service. It would have been nice if they showed some compassion and gave loyal customers a chance to explain their situation.

I had a really good experience with the customer service at that store. My package got stolen, but the lady I talked to was super patient and helpful. She gave me a refund right away and made sure my stuff was sent out to me quickly. I really appreciated her help - it made dealing with that stressful situation a lot easier.

I gotta tell you, my experience with customer service rep Carrie was top-notch. I called because my discount code was acting up, and she kindly walked me through my whole order over the phone. Carrie double-checked every product code, size, and cost to make sure everything was spot on. She was so nice and easy to talk to, it really made the whole thing go super smoothly.
Bra and shorts
I went shopping and bought a bra. They said I'd get a free gift, but when I checked out, the discount wasn't applied, and the free gift was something I couldn't return. It bummed me out how they didn't check things before charging me. Also, those shorts were way too pricey at $28. They cost more than the bra! I left feeling disappointed overall about my trip to that store.
Briefs
I just bought some briefs that didn't really meet my expectations, but things got better when I had a really good chat with a supervisor who fixed the problem and made me feel better about the whole thing. I'm for sure gonna keep buying stuff from this company and telling other people to do the same.
Bra sizing consultation
I just talked to this awesome customer service lady named Kerri. She totally fixed my bra size problem that I've been dealing with forever. Kerri used to work as a fitter so she knew exactly what to ask me and had me measure myself. She suggested two sizes I had never heard of before. I can't wait to try on my new bras and talk to Kerri again. She definitely deserves a promotion for being so helpful!

I just went for a bra fitting at this store and let me tell you, the service was top-notch. I went to the store and picked up a cute purple sports bra along with some black leggings. The lady assisting me, Erica, was so friendly and not at all judgmental. She made sure I got the perfect size and even gave me some tips on how to properly put on the sports bra. I felt totally at ease and not the least bit embarrassed. Overall, the whole experience was super easy and smooth!

Not only did she track down a similar bra in the color I wanted, but she also helped me pick out something else to buy. Poor quality item
I had some problems with this company before because they didn't keep in touch and were rude, but I decided to give them another shot and bought something from them. The item turned out to be of really bad quality, so I tried to get in touch with them about it. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them. It's really frustrating when companies don't communicate with their customers or seem to care about their feedback. It's not cool to be ignored when you're just trying to address a legitimate issue with something you bought.

I got this super cute bra and underwear set from Bare Necessities, and let me tell you, it feels like I'm wearing a fluffy cloud! The customer service rep, who I'll just call Brandi, was seriously the best. She walked me through the refund process and even showed me how to use my $25 reward towards my new bra. The Bare line of bras and undies is seriously so comfy, I never want to take them off. Bare Necessities is just the bomb, other companies need to take notes from them on how to treat their customers right!
2 bras
Man, let me tell you, I was feeling pretty down when I had to give that store a ring today. But then I talked to this awesome lady, Kimberly, and she totally changed my mood! She was so friendly and helped me out with returning and exchanging some bras. She even waived the return fee and boosted my spirits in my quest for the perfect bra. Shoutout to Kimberly, you're the best!
Large chest woman 34H
I was pretty worried about finding the right bra in my size (34H), but Kerri U at Bare Necessities really made the whole process great. She was super patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to figure out exactly what I needed. It took a few tries, but Kerri was determined to find me the perfect bra that fit just right and was comfortable. I definitely suggest going to her, and I hope she stays on at Bare Necessities.
