I ran into a problem with the wheels falling off my shelf, even though I missed the return window, the customer support team came to the rescue! Camo cargo pants
I went to this really neat place to look at some camo cargo pants. The store wasn't too busy, but there was a line for the fitting room. A really nice lady helped me and chatted with me while I tried on the pants. They fit great and she checked me out at the register. She was super friendly and awesome. I'll definitely be going back for more!

Eyeshadow palette purchase
I was a little nervous about ordering from this site because of the bad reviews, but I'm so glad I took a chance. When my eyeshadow palette arrived, it was in perfect condition and packaged really well. They kept me updated on where my package was throughout the delivery, which was nice. The palette actually came sooner than I thought it would, which was awesome. The colors of the eyeshadows were a bit off from what I saw online, but I'm still happy with the choices and the quality of the palette.

Size 14 custom black low-top sneakers
I just bought some custom size 14 black low-top sneakers online. I've always loved this style and was stoked to be able to design my own pair. But when they arrived, I saw that the stitching on the white side stripe was off. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent me a new pair. But, to my disappointment, the same problem was still there on the replacement sneakers.

I can't believe it! So, I went ahead and got my partner an EcoDrive watch, thinking it'd be a solid choice. But boy was I wrong! A few months in, the winder just pops right out like it's crashing a surprise party. I called up customer service, expecting them to come through on their "guarantee," but all they did was laugh in my face. Can you believe that?

Expensive shoes that fell apart
I used to love this brand and didn't mind paying extra because I thought their stuff was high quality. But the last two things I got from them just fell apart on me. Both pairs of shoes I bought just completely fell apart after only a few times wearing them. When I tried to get in touch with customer service to see about getting new ones or my money back, they either didn't respond or said no. It's pretty obvious that this company ain't what it used to be. They obviously don't care about their customers, and the stuff they're putting out now is just not up to par. It's sad to see a brand that used to be so good now making such crappy products.

Pick up in-store order delay
I bought some stuff from your store to pick up in person, but it's been taking forever to process my order. Even though the items are supposed to be ready, my order has been stuck in the "in allocation process" stage for 5 days now. When I tried to get some answers, I was told that there were system issues causing the delay, and there's no solution in sight. On top of that, my account got hit with a credit hold out of nowhere 5 days ago. The lack of communication and customer service has been really frustrating.

I've been really impressed with all the awesome tees this company has to offer. They've got a ton of colors, styles, and sizes to choose from, which makes it super easy to find exactly what I wanted. The fabric is so soft and durable, it keeps its shape even after lots of washes. I love all the little details and how well-made these tees are, definitely worth every penny for my wardrobe.

Four bras, lightweight fabric
I recently bought four bras from Freshpair and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality. The material was so thin that the bras felt flimsy and cheap. It was pretty obvious that they were knock-offs of the exact brand and model I got from a regular store. So, when I contacted customer service about it, all they offered me was a gift card as a refund, which just wasn't cutting it for me. I tried to use the gift card to get a swimsuit for my son, who's a fit 27 year old and usually wears a small, but man, that swimsuit was way off. It fit more like a youth large! When I reached out to customer service again for a refund, they said they'd give me one but I just got another gift card instead. Pretty frustrating, right? This whole experience has left me feeling pretty annoyed and disappointed in Freshpair. They really need to focus on quality and making their customers happy instead of selling subpar stuff. I won't be buying from them again. I'll stick to shopping on Amazon where I know I can trust what I'm getting.

I recently bought a smartphone from an online store that had a Global version available. Ordering it was a breeze, everything was laid out nicely on the website, and it was easy to find what I wanted. But when the phone showed up, I was bummed to see that the charger didn't work with European outlets even though I purchased it from the EU site. They didn't mention that on the website, so it was pretty annoying not to have that heads-up. So, even though ordering was smooth, the lack of detailed product info was a disappointment.

Dude, this website is such a scam. I tried to buy 2 packs of cookies, but once I paid, it was all like "sorry, we're out of stock" and still took my money! They're not even trying to give me a refund, saying they already released the hold. I'm going straight to my bank to report them and dispute the credit card charge. We all need to do the same so they can't keep scamming people!
