Pet supplies from overseas
I've been getting pet supplies from overseas for a while now and I just found this cool website. The prices are pretty good considering how nice the stuff they have is. One of the things I like the most about Miscota is that they have items that you can't really find in the US, so I always check them out for unique pet accessories. It's great that I can pay with PayPal too, makes me feel better about the security of the transaction. The only downside is I'm not sure if they can send pet meat products because of US import rules. But they do give a tracking number for every order, so I can always see where my package is. It usually takes about 3 weeks for my stuff to get here, but it's totally worth the wait for the awesome selection and service. I totally recommend Miscota to any pet owners who want to find something cool for their furry buddies.
Dog food purchase
I was a little unsure about buying from this website because I saw some bad reviews, but I had to get my dog's food from there. When I made the order, it took 2 weeks longer than expected without any updates. But when I reached out to customer service, they got back to me quickly and explained why there was a delay. I decided to stick with the order, and it arrived in just about a week, which was way faster than I thought. I'm still waiting on a refund for one item that got canceled, but customer service was quick to give me the info I needed. Overall, my experience with Miscota was good, and I'll definitely order from them again if I have to.
Pet supplies purchased
This company is amazing! I was so impressed by how fast my order showed up; it's like they knew my pet was dying to get their hands on it. And let me tell you, the customer service was fantastic. They replied to my email right away and really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with what I got. I seriously can't praise them enough, and I'll definitely be coming back for more. They have fair prices and a great variety of products. Take my word for it, you won't be disappointed if you shop here.
Pet food delivery
I've been shopping at Miscota for years and they've always been great, until my last order. I was supposed to get two big bags of pet food but only one showed up with no label or note. I reached out to their customer service, but they asked for photos of the box and label, which I couldn't provide since the missing bag just never showed up with any packaging. After a few tries, I finally got to talk to a real person from customer service who fixed the problem right away and gave me a refund for the missing bag.
Urgent pet food purchase
I just had to order some pet food in a hurry from Miscota since I couldn't find it anywhere locally. They said it would take about two weeks to get to me, but to my surprise, my stuff showed up in just 12 days on May 24th, and it was all in good shape. The only thing is, I think they should have a cheaper shipping option because what they charge now is pretty steep, almost as much as the actual product. But even so, I was happy with how quickly they got my order to me and the quality of what I got.
Hydrating and delicious cat food
My cat Zini just goes crazy for that Hydrating and yummy cat food. This Purina Gourmet Crystal Soup is her jam because, let me tell ya, it's got a bunch of liquid in there that really helps keep her hydrated. Zini isn't big on drinking water, so having this wet food is perfect for making sure she stays healthy. And boy, does she love the texture and taste! She cleans that bowl out every time.
Schesir cat soup for my cat with GI Lymphoma
My cat, who's been through Chemo and Enterectomy for GI Lymphoma, totally adores Schesir cat soup. I had a hard time finding it in the UK, but Miscota saved the day. I got a small amount to give it a try and was happily surprised by how quickly it got to me. The tracking option was super helpful, and it came right on time. Next time, I'll definitely be getting more. Overall, I'm really pleased with Miscota and would totally suggest them to fellow pet parents. A content cat definitely equals a content owner.
Felix dry food and Gourmet wet food purchase
I recently got some stuff from this online pet store - Felix dry food and Gourmet wet food with rabbit. It was actually pretty cool! The website was easy to use, no problems finding what I needed. Checking out went smoothly, and I liked that I could pay with PayPal for extra security. The total cost wasn't bad for the special stuff I got. Shipping took a little longer than I thought, but everything got here okay. Overall, I had a good time shopping here and will probably come back when I need more pet food.
Delayed order notification
My order got delayed, no sweat. But I gotta give props to the team for keeping me informed and offering other options. I decided to be patient and they made sure to keep me posted at every turn. My order is finally on its way now. Really impressed with how they dealt with everything. Definitely gonna order again real soon.
Cat food purchase
I just got some cat food from Miscota and all in all it was a pretty good experience. Yeah, the shipping charges were kind of high, but I knew that going in since it was coming from overseas. Those Gourmet Gold Melting Heart tins I got ended up being about £1 each, which is fair considering it saves me from wasting money on other cat food that my picky kitty won't even touch. It took about 8 days for the delivery to arrive, a little longer than I would have liked, but my 11-year-old cat is chowing down happily on her new food now, so I can't complain too much.
Cat calming diffuser
Order never received, spent considerable time back and forth with customer service who advised I should take this up with Australia Post who confirmed the shipment never made it to Australia Post. Miscota support refused to help and provide any freight tracking support. Complete lack of support and no option for a refund. Very risky, would not recommend.
