I bought a harness from this company and I was really let down by how cheap it was. It took forever to arrive, like over ten days, and as soon as I saw it, I knew it was fake. The material was super low quality, the tags didn't even scan, and it just didn't compare to the real thing.

I just had to order some pet food in a hurry from Miscota since I couldn't find it anywhere locally. They said it would take about two weeks to get to me, but to my surprise, my stuff showed up in just 12 days on May 24th, and it was all in good shape. The only thing is, I think they should have a cheaper shipping option because what they charge now is pretty steep, almost as much as the actual product. But even so, I was happy with how quickly they got my order to me and the quality of what I got.

I recently ordered Pronefra for my two cats from an online store. I've had good experiences with them before, but this time my order didn't meet my expectations. It was my third order, and it was a bigger one that I placed on 9 Nov 2022 to be sent to Canada. Sadly, I haven't received it yet, so I've been reaching out to their customer support team by email since I can't call them. It's been a few days past the expected delivery date, and I still haven't heard back from them about my order or a potential refund. It's disappointing how they haven't been communicating or resolving the issue, especially after my previous good experiences with them. I even recommended the product to a friend, but now I'm feeling unsure because of the problems with the shipment and lack of support.

I've been getting pet supplies from overseas for a while now and I just found this cool website. The prices are pretty good considering how nice the stuff they have is. One of the things I like the most about Miscota is that they have items that you can't really find in the US, so I always check them out for unique pet accessories. It's great that I can pay with PayPal too, makes me feel better about the security of the transaction. The only downside is I'm not sure if they can send pet meat products because of US import rules. But they do give a tracking number for every order, so I can always see where my package is. Hydrating and delicious cat food
My cat Zini just goes crazy for that Hydrating and yummy cat food. This Purina Gourmet Crystal Soup is her jam because, let me tell ya, it's got a bunch of liquid in there that really helps keep her hydrated. Zini isn't big on drinking water, so having this wet food is perfect for making sure she stays healthy. And boy, does she love the texture and taste! She cleans that bowl out every time.
Unreliable delivery
I just bought something from this website, and I'm really not happy with how long it's taking to get here. I got an email from the shipping company saying it won't be here for two more weeks, which is way too long. When I contacted customer service about it, they didn't even try to help me out. They just gave me a basic response saying it would come on time. It's really annoying and not cool how they're not listening to customers and handling things professionally.

I recently got some stuff from this online pet store - Felix dry food and Gourmet wet food with rabbit. It was actually pretty cool! The website was easy to use, no problems finding what I needed. I just got some cat food from Miscota and all in all it was a pretty good experience. Yeah, the shipping charges were kind of high, but I knew that going in since it was coming from overseas. Those Gourmet Gold Melting Heart tins I got ended up being about £1 each, which is fair considering it saves me from wasting money on other cat food that my picky kitty won't even touch. It took about 8 days for the delivery to arrive, a little longer than I would have liked, but my 11-year-old cat is chowing down happily on her new food now, so I can't complain too much.

Schesir cat soup for my cat with GI Lymphoma
My cat, who's been through Chemo and Enterectomy for GI Lymphoma, totally adores Schesir cat soup. I had a hard time finding it in the UK, but Miscota saved the day. I got a small amount to give it a try and was happily surprised by how quickly it got to me. The tracking option was super helpful, and it came right on time. Next time, I'll definitely be getting more. Overall, I'm really pleased with Miscota and would totally suggest them to fellow pet parents. A content cat definitely equals a content owner.
Pet food delivery
I've been shopping at Miscota for years and they've always been great, until my last order. I was supposed to get two big bags of pet food but only one showed up with no label or note. I reached out to their customer service, but they asked for photos of the box and label, which I couldn't provide since the missing bag just never showed up with any packaging. After a few tries, I finally got to talk to a real person from customer service who fixed the problem right away and gave me a refund for the missing bag.
