Santa climbing a ladder with lights decoration
The thing I got wasn't like what I saw on the website. I thought I was getting a Santa going up a ladder with lights, but instead, I got one with a sack and no lights. When I tried to get help from customer service, they just gave me the runaround and told me to ship it back to China. The shipping cost to return it would be more than $50, on top of the $30+ I spent in the first place. I'm really let down by the poor quality of the item and the bad customer service. Overall, dealing with this company has been pretty disappointing, and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

Lifetime 1TB license purchase
I'm pretty bummed that they're saying my lifetime 1TB license I bought back in 2018 is expired because of some "monthly maintenance plan" I didn't even sign up for. I mainly just use it for backup, so my data's not at risk, but it's shady that they're pulling this. I've seen other folks with the same problem, so I'm thinking about asking for my money back if they don't stick to the deal we made when I bought it.

Hidrate Spark water bottles purchased from Target
I got some Hidrate Spark water bottles from Target and man, do they have this weird aftertaste that just won't go away! I tried washing them multiple times like the instructions said, but no luck. So, I contacted Hidrate and they told me to take the bottles back to Target. But when I did, Target said it was Hidrate's job to replace them. Long story short, Hidrate wouldn't back up their product. I'd say steer clear of Hidrate Spark bottles because they don't have your back.

Lightweight and affordable body armor plates
The body armor plates I got from this company are super light, especially for the price. They're shaped to fit nicely and feel secure. The only downside is they're not NIJ certified, which would have been a nice bonus for quality. But from what I've seen with the testing, I still feel good about trusting my life with these plates. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.

Booking trouble, incorrect details, double payment
My experience with booking was so frustrating. The website kept changing my reservation details, so I had to book multiple times. When I got to the store to drop off my things, my booking only showed one item instead of the four I reserved. The cashier was no help and didn't seem to know how the booking system worked, which just made me even more frustrated. I had to do it all over again, and the default time setting kept popping up, making things even more confusing. Ended up paying twice for something that should have been a one-time thing, and the final booking was still messed up. All in all, it was a total mess and super stressful, especially because the customer service at the store was so bad.
