Locker storage service
I had a really frustrating experience with this locker storage service I found online the other day. I was in Barcelona and needed a place to store my backpacks while I checked out the city, so I booked it through this website. Turns out, the place I was sent to wasn't even a real locker storage spot - it was just some random shop where they wanted me to leave my bags with no proper lockers in sight. When I asked to see the lockers, the worker there got all defensive and tried to say they were downstairs, which seemed sketchy. Trusting my gut, I decided to find a different, more legit locker storage place nearby that was both safer and cheaper. The lack of honesty and professionalism from that first service really bummed me out.
Booking trouble, incorrect details, double payment
My experience with booking was so frustrating. The website kept changing my reservation details, so I had to book multiple times. When I got to the store to drop off my things, my booking only showed one item instead of the four I reserved. The cashier was no help and didn't seem to know how the booking system worked, which just made me even more frustrated. I had to do it all over again, and the default time setting kept popping up, making things even more confusing. Ended up paying twice for something that should have been a one-time thing, and the final booking was still messed up. All in all, it was a total mess and super stressful, especially because the customer service at the store was so bad.
Bag storage disappointment
I went to the place I had made a reservation at, but they cancelled on me last minute. They wouldn't let me store my bag and didn't give me a refund. It's a total scam, don't ever use this company.

My time with Vertoe was a total letdown. I reserved a spot for storage that was supposed to be easy to get to, but instead I had to deal with some real unfriendly and unprofessional behavior. When I got there, the person in charge of my bags just stashed them in the back where anyone could see them from the front. I was pretty worried about how insecure that was.
Last-minute luggage storage booking
I just made a last-minute reservation for luggage storage, but when we got there, nobody was around to keep our bags. We looked everywhere but couldn't find anyone. So, we had to lug our luggage around Dublin for the whole time we had intended to store it, which was really annoying. And to top it off, when I tried to leave a review on their site, I had trouble - it seemed like only good reviews from folks who actually stored their bags were allowed.

No reason to worry and also no reason to complain about any issues Simply book with all luggage's details and personal details make payment and drop where ever wish to free from all baggage
Nothing to described more about Vertoe I can't say about other users but being a long years user at least I didn't find any lost issue or damages problem or dealing staff rudeness So nothing left to be worried At the same time I also fine through the reviewers and Facebook friends where they have some concerned I don't know why as given reasons is just look designed or fake This is also true every body can not be pleased
