I just got some cat food from Miscota and all in all it was a pretty good experience. Yeah, the shipping charges were kind of high, but I knew that going in since it was coming from overseas. Those Gourmet Gold Melting Heart tins I got ended up being about £1 each, which is fair considering it saves me from wasting money on other cat food that my picky kitty won't even touch. It took about 8 days for the delivery to arrive, a little longer than I would have liked, but my 11-year-old cat is chowing down happily on her new food now, so I can't complain too much.
Pet supplies purchased
This company is amazing! I was so impressed by how fast my order showed up; it's like they knew my pet was dying to get their hands on it. And let me tell you, the customer service was fantastic. They replied to my email right away and really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with what I got. I seriously can't praise them enough, and I'll definitely be coming back for more. They have fair prices and a great variety of products. Take my word for it, you won't be disappointed if you shop here.
Schesir cat soup for my cat with GI Lymphoma
My cat, who's been through Chemo and Enterectomy for GI Lymphoma, totally adores Schesir cat soup. I had a hard time finding it in the UK, but Miscota saved the day. I got a small amount to give it a try and was happily surprised by how quickly it got to me. The tracking option was super helpful, and it came right on time. Next time, I'll definitely be getting more. Overall, I'm really pleased with Miscota and would totally suggest them to fellow pet parents. A content cat definitely equals a content owner.
Pet food delivery
I've been shopping at Miscota for years and they've always been great, until my last order. I was supposed to get two big bags of pet food but only one showed up with no label or note. I reached out to their customer service, but they asked for photos of the box and label, which I couldn't provide since the missing bag just never showed up with any packaging. After a few tries, I finally got to talk to a real person from customer service who fixed the problem right away and gave me a refund for the missing bag.

Order never received, spent considerable time back and forth with customer service who advised I should take this up with Australia Post who confirmed the shipment never made it to Australia Post. Miscota support refused to help and provide any freight tracking support. Complete lack of support and no option for a refund. Very risky, would not recommend.
