I recently bought some things from a pet supplies website, and while the products are good, the delivery took way longer than I thought. I was getting worried if my order would even show up. But, credit where it's due - the customer service team was really on it. They got in touch with me to explain the delay and said sorry for any trouble. I messaged them back, and once again, they were quick and pro about it. It's obvious they care about their customers and aim to give top-notch service, even when stuff doesn't go smoothly.
