Shared shuttle transportation
I used the shuttle service from GO Airlink NYC recently and man, I gotta say, I was really let down. Booking it was easy, but everything else was a mess. The shuttle was super late picking me up at the airport, which made me miss a really important appointment. The driver was rude and didn't offer any help, plus the vehicle was gross and not comfy at all. The whole thing was just a real pain and really stressful.

The service was a total disaster from beginning to end. The driver was so rude, the shuttle was filthy, and the whole thing was just a nightmare. I won't ever use this company again.

I just took the airport shuttle and man, it was awesome! The big van came right on schedule and the driver was super friendly, even helping me with my bags. The van was really comfy and the air conditioning was a lifesaver since it was so hot out. The ride to the airport was quick and smooth, I made it with time to chill before my flight. I'll definitely be using this service again next time I travel!
